I’ve been looking for a car for a while and I’ve had an awful experience with sales associates pressuring you to make a sale, limit themselves of what they can show you or cut the conversation short cause they think they’ll waste time Girish came up to us as soon as we walked in the door, right away he made us comfortable and took his time to listen to what we came in for. I came in to inquire about used cars, he showed me around and even calculated the break-down of the cost for me so I can visualize it all better; as I am buying a new car for the first time. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, instead I felt like he genuinely want to help me. Long story short, we bought this 2022 Elantra preferred that same day because he let me fall in love with car on my own and for how comfortable he made me and my stepdad feel. We went to many dealerships but Ekam at Rexdale Hyundai was by far the best person we had the pleasure of dealing with. He treated us like family and was great to work with. Every time I go to the Service department, Ratan takes care of me and exceeds my expectations. In October 2021, he referred me to Davinder, a car salesman who was very professional, knowledgeable and nice and he was not pushy with selling me the car which is so important. I was happy with the help they both provided to me and bought a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe (Preferred Package). I love my new car and want to thank Ratan for continuing to help me with my needs in Service whenever I come in.

On 27th September I bought 2022 sonata sports from Rexdale Hyundai. On the first day, it showed an issue which is a manufacturing problem. I don't want to take names. So, the problem is that in the daytime car sensors work perfectly but as soon as evening start my car fobs don't work and all the interior light and system stay on. Because of this car doesn't get turned off completely which leads to battery drainage. On the first day itself, I told the dealership to check it. They checked it twice but there is no solution. Their general manager assured me that it's completely solved out by their team 200% but the issue remained same. I came back from Toronto to my city and went to Hyundai dealership near me. They checked out but couldn't solve the issue. They told me that they will contact the Rexdale service manager to know what they have done. Rexdale Hyundai told me that they had contacted the other service manager and informed them. I went to Hyundai dealership in my city they told me that none of the service department employee from Rexdale Hyundai had contacted them and informed about my case. I think they are just making me fool. I regret to come to Rexdale Hyundai dealership. Since 27 September 2021, I Keep calling them every time they assured me that they will take care of it. But these are just words that they won't fill. I am sick of calling them regularly as I don't have any other work. They have given me manufacturing fault car and a lot of fake promises. One of the employee told me that the general manager will contact me. It's been 5 days and nobody contacted me. This is the customer satisfaction they have given me so far. If such kind of customer satisfaction somebody wants please come to Rexdale Hyundai they will take care of it wonderfully by giving you hard time. I regret to get a brand new car from this dealership.
