A	Ali A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest and not trust worthy at all I brought my sonata in for a sensor replacement I was quoted by the Avtar him self Thursday he gave me an honest price of 160$ so I came back Saturday they said the parts store was closed then we came Monday at 12:30 on the phone the mechanic jag told me both times that the parts had arrived so we came to the shop and it still wasent ordered and it would take"10 mins" then the wrong part came in he decide to go on lunch for 2 hours and we waited then he said 3 hours later that the part is 300 dollers and lied that it has to be bought through dealership because our new mechanic across the street did it without the dealership if you value your time and respect your vehicle DO NOT TRUST THEM! No morals no ethics they clearly have no manners from the way they speak to the owners wife...

They did the alignment and then when they proceeded to bring the car off the ramp, they got the exhaust stuck somewhere causing the clamps to break on my jaguar XJL. When we took the car for a drive I told the mechanic the car doesn't sound right. He argued that it does and that I'm making it up. I asked them to lift the car and showed them the split where the exhaust had separated. The exhaust was all pushed back from the manifold. They then argued that I didn't know anything and that I would have to pay to fix the clamps and exhaust as they were bad already...? How could they already be bad? Anyways then I'm driving home and my car gets a power reduction light due to this loss of exhaust power. I called them right away to explain but the guy that sits in the office didn't want to hear it and gave the phone to the mechanic I dealt with who had no idea what he was talking about. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!

This is not make sense any technician or anybody who work at the shop inter to the customers car with oily clothes and mess evething as they did on my car! I recomend the owner to buy some cheap plastic cover and ask your guys to do this simple job befor sarting repair !

C	Calin Vladut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review is solely on their lack of customer service, not necessarily their mechanical work, as I haven't had any work done here. Called last week to book an alignment in a week's time. They said to just show up between 9-12. Arrived at 11 am, waited around for 15 mins before anyone came to the office. Mechanics saw me waiting, but simply pretended I wasn't there. When I asked how long it would be before I can get an alignment done I was told to speak with the guy in the shop who was working on a vehicle, one of the men who made eye contact with me earlier but ignored me. I went over to ask him how soon he can do an alignment and he said to come back tomorrow, but they will not take an appointment. Walked out. Never stepping foot there again.

I let them know I didn't want to repair for now and they left certain components of my car open. New issues arose and the car started making new noises. Went to another mechanic who confirmed they were lying and trying to make more money off me. These LOSERS ARE SCAMMERS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
