Customer service was at its finest. A great place to take your car for oil change. Pretty fair price and quality service. The lounge will never let you feel like you’re in a random place. It has about 8 seats, TV news, magazines, newspaper, coffee and hot & cold water. With the oil change you will do, they have fluid check ups where they will fill up all the fluid needs to be filled. I did my regular change for $39 after tax. Service took about 45mins to an hour. I usually take my car to Hyundai dealership across from this store and all the dealerships told me that they are fully booked until Friday next week. So I found this gem for the first time and I was kinda worried at first before booking my appointment but left out happy and satisfied. Thanks Midas. Definitely will come back for service. 5 stars.

excellent service , they provided me with a courtesy car. and saved me a couple of bucks with the service they did . they also caught something wrong with suspension and straightened it out for me . I'll be going back there to get the bearings done

Yesterday my daughter-in law called me in a very distressed voice that her car had been structed on road, while she was on her way to work. Really it would be a very challenging moments for a person when his way to work; particularly more when the structed person is a working lady. Anyhow I told her to be patient; I rushed to the spot at once & advised her to leave immediately to work taking my car. At the moment I couldn't decide what to do. Gradually I recalled a visual when my son brought me to Midas nearby for his car repair. I walked towards Midas. On reaching there I requested the gentleman at reception to help me. He asked me to take seat & somebody will come back shortly. After some time a young guy came & asked me what happened & he told me that he will try to booster the car if not then car has to be towed to workshop. Car was given a booster; afterward he realized that car was having no gas. He then told me that he is going to bring some gas for me. He came back after some time with gas. Ultimately he started the car. I took a relief with long breath & thanked the gentleman & asked him what should I pay. He told that I have filled your car with $10 gas only; now whatever you want you can give me, he also told had it somebody else here he must had charged you a big money looking to the time spent on this incident. Of course I was fully agreed with him & was so impressed upon his marvelous & extra ordinary efforts made by him to see me in relief. I can't forget the way he handled the situation so confidently. A friend recommended this place so I finally went and wish I had gone years ago. Staff were very professional, informative, showed me wear levels on my brakes, my cabin filter which was full of leaves and stuff, and were informative without talking down to me as a woman. I was very impressed and will definitely be returning.

This was my second time visiting this location. The first visit wasn't memorable but this second visit was great. I took my car in for a oil and filter change. From the moment I walked in, I was greated pleasantly. Customer service was super nice and friendly. I felt comfortable and at ease. Every thing they did, they explained to me with full clarification. They checked my engine and cabin filter and made their recommendations, (no pressure). The price was reasonable and the service was very fast and great. I would recommend this Rexdale location.

These guys are truly very kind they really take care of their customers and the most important thing, they are very honest??. I went there for the balancing of wheels of my car. They inspected the vehicle and told me what the real issue was and didnt even charged me for the inspection. Finally i can trust some one with my car..

Recently started taking a chunk of my fleet here for routine maintenance and urgent repairs. Thus far, service has been top-notch; Harry and Jim have been very helpful in ensuring prompt turnarounds and that repairs are done RIGHT the first time! I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending this location!
