If you have a brand new Hyundai, I strongly suggest to come here for any car issues, even for oil change please come here, I was getting noice from car and Edwin helped me above and beyond. There was no charge obviously because of warranty. Good thing is they treat you well unlike others.

I got the best customer service at this place i have ever received in my life. Edwin helped me to get my car fixed , he went above and beyond to get my car fixed in a quick timeframe from ordering parts to get installed.He is really great person. This place is really customer oriented and well managed.

Little on the expensive/unexpected expenses side + Longer wait times = Not too bad. People are good, no doubt.

They are pricey compared to other dealerships in the area Oil changes take upwards of an hour to 2 hours to complete which is frankly ridiculous. I have consistently had services offered at above market cost recently they wanted $590 for my 2 front lower ball joints to be replaced. They wanted $130 for each part +330 in labour. When I called the service advisor out knowing the proper hourly rate he stated I was wrong and that the cost was correct. I found another dealership with the same OE parts for $90 each and labour at $270-in line with my original ask. That’s $150 less at a dealership only 10km away. I frankly will be taking my business elsewhere, and if you do shop with them do your research and argue their prices.

Been servicing my car here for a while now. Very friendly and helpful staff. They’ll answer all your questions and concerns professionally and politely. Excellent customer service. So far, no bad experience.

Jeremy, who helped me with my 2019 Hyundai Elantra, was the silver lining to my day. He was super understanding and helped me navigate an unfortunate situation, I'm extremely thankful that he was around to work on my vehicle. Thanks again Jeremy, I really appreciate all your help. Also: the staff at the front are also always friendly and happy to help. A great location!

Just recently leased a 2022 SantaFe. 1000Km in and started having problems with the transfer case. Brought it into the service department and Edwin the service manager couldn’t be more professional. He and his amazing team were able to diagnose the problem instantly. And within 2 business days parts were ordered and replaced. I was absolutely happy and impressed with the quality of the service team. Much better than BMW Toronto where I’m coming from!!! Highly recommend the team. Thanks guys.

This is a place where you send your car to be Sabotaged!!! On January 25th I brought my car in for an oil change and to swap my tires. What was supposed to be a simple procedure became a snowball of problems. From 7:30AM to 3:30PM they had my car and still somehow I was leaving with all sorts of sensor lights on. TPMS, Oil canister lights. How do you leave a shop with more problems than you came in with? Long story short after checking the oil it was clear they only drained the oil and did not replace it not to mention they damaged the sensors on my wheels, broke the oil dip stick and God knows what else. This was an experience I will never forget!! Big shout out to Edwin the Customer Service Rep; and Jeremy the Service manager for the very rude comments and insults. I paid for a service I never received. 140 for A oil change.. if I didn’t notice this my engine would have seized and be destroyed. I now must pay another 140 for a proper oil change. Thank you for showing me what type of service to stay clear of!! I WANT A REFUND!! You ALL Have Been Warned!!!!
