This was easily the worst service based experience I've had in my life. I booked an appointment last Friday for this morning at 10AM, and I arrived 10 minutes early to drop off. For starters, there was no there to greet me. I had to linger around the door waiting for an employee to finish working on something before they even acknowledged my presence and then they proceeded to fill out a service form for me. There was very little energy or enthusiasm from any of the employees there, and the one that helped me initially did not bother to explain the services in detail without me pressing further. I wasn't even told the total cost of the service without asking myself. I would think that a proper service based business would take the initiative to inform customers of their prices and services. Anyhow, I was told by the employee that the job will be done in 2 hours so I returned in two hours only to see my car in the same position as it was when i dropped it off. It's one of those scenarios where you hear about it in other Google reviews but you never think it could happen to you. The employees told me that they hadn't started on my one and the owner said it's because they're busy with other cars since today they had a lot of shampoo orders. I don't understand then why I was given a 10AM appointment, and even encouraged to book for an earlier time in the day by the employee on the phone last week. Additionally, they had my number so they could have easily called me and let me know that they wouldn't be able to meet the promised service time. In my honest opinion, I think that most people who get their cars detailed here get satisfactory service, but my appearance as a young individual who didn't appear to be the confrontational type probably gave the employees the idea that I wasn't a customer that needed to be impressed by their service, so they prioritized other customers instead. They didn't seem too bothered by losing my business and weren't apologetic either.

Quick and easy service, a lot of care done to the interior very happy with it.

I have been going to Mr Clean many years, the staff is friendly and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. I'm very picky when it comes to my vehicle and have not had any problems with my service, they aim to please. Highly recommend!

Service was amazing, they took care of the detailing of my honda civic in a timely manner and ensured everything inside was spotless! They also while cleaning found a very precious earring I had lost months prior and kept it safe for me. Will highly recommend their service, super happy with my car!! Thank you team Mr. Clean!
