After contacting a few Real Estate agents, we started gathering growing feelings of frustration: we were losing our precious time getting on the market, while agents were taking their time booking endless “15 minutes meetings” which lasted much longer, providing shiny market analytics which were not requested. They never bothered to even come see the house!!! Then, we saw Lilit’s brochure, and called her that evening. She picked up the phone herself, not some on-call person from the agency. Lilit herself! That was refreshing, and different in a good way. We had a very brief conversation, and she wanted to come see the house. The following evening, by the way. And she came prepared. Just in two business days after her initial visit to our house, we were on the market and MLS with gorgeous staging, pictures, videos, drone footage and we even had a 3D model! I sold and bought my new home with Lilit. I met Lilit when I was visiting open houses and was right away impressed with how she represented the house she was showing. She was attentive to the questions I asked and spent the time pointing out the positive attributes of the house. I have come across so many realtors that just sit in the open house and don't take any effort in showing the house. Lilit was the exact opposite, so when I was ready to list my house for sale I gave her a call to discuss more details. She took me through all the benefits of listing with her and more importantly how she would market my house. Given the through presentation about how she would market and sell my house I decided to use her services to list my house. She did a excellent job showing my house and spending time with the potential buyers to explain the positive attributes of the house. I also bought my new home with Lilit and I can only say good things about the experience. She started out by asking about the areas I would consider and what I was looking for. Then she took me to a few houses to get a sense of what I was and was not interested in for the new house. She has a knack for listening to the customer and understanding what you are really interested in and then keeping an eye out for that type of house to come up for sale. This saved a lot of time in not having to visit house after house that really didn't match what I was looking for. In the end the overall experience was very positive and would recommend her for listing your house and buying a new house.

The way I heard about Lilit was through one of my best friends. She lives in one of the neighborhoods where Lilit has sold so many homes that she had memorized her name from seeing her signs line the streets. She then found out that Lilit had sold her former neighbours house and they had a lovely experience with her. So when it was time for me to sell my house, Lilit was one of the agents I interviewed. She came fully prepared, provided so much insight and information, and I still hadn’t even signed yet. Of course I went forward with her as my agent. Not just for her professionalism, but also because I felt a level of comfort and trust. My gut was satisfied and when you are dealing with investments so large, that is just as important. My biggest fear was that I would feel pressured into doing things I didn’t want to do. At no point in my experience did I feel anything in the way of pressure. Even until the last minutes of negotiations with the buyers, she managed to exude calmness and support so that I would never regret any of my choices. The process of selling was so pleasant, that I ended up using Lilit to purchase my new home. We had such specific requirements and she was patient, and ready to work anytime, anywhere. As a seller, she is a rockstar. She looks at your house, helps you prep it for sale, incredibly fast and gets you the price you want (and more). She knows someone for everything which is an added bonus. As a buyer, Lilit didn’t just act as an agent, she is a visionary. She listens to you, what you need and want, and cares that you aren’t just getting a house. She walks into every house and helps you imagine if it can be your home. And if it doesn’t benefit you, she will be honest. She considers your life, happiness and future. I highly recommend Lilit as an agent, and she certainly has my loyalty for life.

We chose to have Lilit represent us based on the advertisements and various sales boards we have seen over the years in our area. We wanted to ensure that we would be able to sell our property and have someone knowledgeable and someone who has experience selling in our area. She is not only a professional but a great guide as well as her commitment to her clients are her biggest plus points. The biggest fear we had was that it would be a long process due to us deciding to sell near end of year and would have to expect around a month or two to have our property listed. However, on our first meeting itself she came prepared with a timeline that was early and to our surprise in a couple of weeks with her team she was able to have us on market. Her plus point is not just that she knows almost every little detail that would add value to the house sale or has a timeline established to maximize the exposure of property on the market but that she is available anytime you have a question. Additionally, she walks you through the entire process from day one all the way to the day the open house and post open house while viewing offers. Just having that kind of guidance is a blessing for first time sellers and we would recommend her to anyone and everyone we know that is planning to go to market.

Lilit was there for us not just all the step of the way but also the way she was passionate and available to answer any questions or queries we had along the way helped us keep our nervousness in check and ensured that we were able to sell on time and find the right buyer who appreciated the house as much as we did. This review is long overdue and as we have settled into our new home and routines, I've really been able to appreciate what a gem Lilit is. Working with Lilit was a dream. She made the stressful processes of buying and selling a home as smooth as can be. Although she is a very busy lady, she always gave us her full attention and ensured that she was available to answer any questions or discuss any concerns we had.
