I have been a long time shopper at Danier and was sad when many of the locations closed. I finally made my way to the Keele Street location and was pleased to find the usual selection of great leather jackets and apparel. I was also pleasantly surprised that they had a very good selection of larger sizes. Best of all Mimi was invaluable in assisting me in finding a winter jacket that was both warm AND fashionable! I'm very thankful for the time she took to help me find items suitable for my shape. Will definitely return!

DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM DANIER !!! The absolute worst return policy. You have to beg this company take back product. You can't simply just walk into the store and make a return you have to beg for reference number and once you get a reference number then they expect you to pay for shipping when you can simply just drive to the store and drop it off.

The best service I have ever received at a store anywhere. Not an exaggeration. Mimi took the time to help us choose a beautiful coat for my mother for Christmas along with other gifts. She’s incredibly informative, patient and has an incredibly wonderful personality. It shows she truly enjoys her job and is very good at it. Just take a look at all we bought ?.

No option for a stars would be best! The worst customer service I have ever received. Now I understand why they went Bankrupt. I drove from Bradford to Concord to do a return, to be told you have to start a return online first! And then was told I have to pay to send my return back! So ridiculous! No one answer my emails and you get the runaround from anyone who works in store.

These coats/jackets have really gone down hill. Just bought 4 pieces, 3 on clearance. Certainly not my first purchase so I am very familiar with how the sizes "should" work. One coat is a gift so I cant speak to that. Out of the 3 clearance coats only one is actually true to size. The other two are mis-shapen and come no where close to fitting as other similar pieces I've purchased in the past have. We will see if they provide any assistance.

I am still waiting on a package from November 5. I understand they had some issues with floods however after more than 3 months of waiting, I don't think it's unreasonable for a company to respond to a request for a refund and honour their customers. I have attempted numerous times, and I am lucky if I even get a response which is always 'please wait longer', and 'we are working on this', asking me to 'be patient', when in reality I was advised by Danier, that if I didn't receive the package by Dec 20- that Canada Post International would issue a refund. They didn't keep their word. It is January 30 the following year and I am struggling to get a response from them. It is TERRIBLY frustrating when I have literally given over $500 and have received NOTHING in return!! I don't want the jacket anymore after it has evidently been crumpled up 3 months in a box, I just want my money. Is that not my RIGHT? So angry..

Awful service, I bought a jacket as a gift online the size chart was completely inaccurate and as such the item had to be returned. Is. The return process is atrocious you have to beg for a return authorization authorization number and then pay to send the item back even though thethough the size chart is useless is is useless. When the business does return your item they process the return whenever they feel like it. The staff does not return phone calls or emails emails and if you call the store they refer you to customer service which no one answers either. The process of purchasing and returning is awful it's awful and I recommend looking at other options

I had a great experience at the Keele store today. The sales girl (it says Susie on my receipt) went above & beyond to help me find a jacket. She was super attentive & provided excellent customer service. I am in love with my new leather. Thanks for making my day!
