โ โ โ โ โ I was today in this "fabulous" place. Indeed, the place is not bad. Not perfect, not worse, not bad. I had the honor to communicate with one person. He was "very sociable", "attentive", in general one "pleasure". Usually I buy MTG cards, from $ 200, and then I found the sets I needed from them, but, in this store, I will not buy and I do not advise you. There are stores in which employees are much friendlier, more sociable, and they will also give all sorts of things to load for free.

โ โ โ โ โ Me and my partner came here to check the place out for the first time... My partner enjoyed her experience as she managed to buy two games! I got two myself aswell! There was a tournament when we went and it was nice.. the staff were very nice and helpful.. only this was they didn't have some options for some accessories such as dice tower and stuff.. but all in all.. great experience!! 4.5

โ โ โ โ โ Outstanding selection for collectibles, tabletop game items, and board games. Staff is, for the most part, friendly and knowledgeable; however the person helping me seemed to have had "a day" and it showed in his customer service. Unfortunately, this experience means I will likely stick to online ordering with them. In addition, most of their stock was behind ropes, so going the online route may be the most beneficial for attaining what I want to purchase. The signage in store was clear in saying that certain items/roped-off items were for online shopping.
Overall, great selection/store but I highly recommend supporting them online as it seems to be their preferred way of operating.
They also do in-store gaming, which didn't seem too popular on the day i went (likely due to covid reasons).

โ โ โ โ โ Incredible store for all your gaming needs. Wide selection of trading card games, boardgames and accessories. The staff is helpful and kind and since this is the main hub for their stores is a lot easier to buy and pick up new arrivals directly from here. Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ One of Canada's biggest stores for board games and card games, if not the biggest. They have one of the biggest selection of board games available and have most of the popular card games for sale. One of the few stores in Canada, which sells singles for multiple games. 401 should have something for everyone.
Their prices are fairly competitive. For board games, it's difficult to find a store with better prices than 401. For card games, their prices are a bit higher than some competitors, but justified from the convenience of them having a bigger collection than other stores along with offering a fairly competitive buylist.
There is a varying degree of helpfulness with the staff with some being more helpful than others.
401 offers weekly events for many different card games, which helps foster and grow the community.

โ โ โ โ โ Great store! Lots of product in store and practically anything you want online.
Card prices are competitive and better than what you'll get from American sites after exchange rates - Especially if you're close enough for the pick up option.
Friendly staff and great support team that is happy to help and give advice on how to best shop through them.
My ONLY "complaint" is they don't have a location an hour North, but that's no fault of theirs :) 5/5 will be ordering again... and probably again, and again.

โ โ โ โ โ First time shopping at 401 and I wasnโt disappointed. Great prices and huge selection of board games to choose from. I ordered 4 games and shipped them all the way across the country to Vancouver. Not only was my shipping free but the way they packaged the games to make sure they didnโt get damaged was top notch, Iโve never seen anything like it before. Games arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be purchasing my board games from 401 in the future!
