I purchased the Aspen last Fall. The front and rear suspensions were important to me, and, I am very pleased with how the bike performs as I have now had a chance to ride the bike on bumpy trails.. George was very helpful when I bought the bike. I noticed that the rear light was defective after I got it home. No problem. George replaced it right away. I have three friends who also purchased bikes from George.

One of my best investments is the Aspen bike from George and Urban Ebikes! The quality of the bike is great , she’s strong and sturdy for a big man like me! The bike has renewed in me the passion I lost during the pandemic for outdoor activities! I honestly recommend doing business with George! I felt the true kindness and sincerity of Canadians here , as George prioritized my happiness with the bike over making a sale ! Very few people do business like him and I think that sets him apart !

The best E-bike bike store in Toronto, selling the cheapest and and most affordable e-bikes in the market. George is the owner of the store, is not only very knowledgeable in bikes but also a very genuinely nice human being. Me and my wife we went to his store to get an ebike for me. Before going to his store i did a thorough research about ebikes, and finally choose his store, as he had the right collection of bikes that i was looking for. I realized his bikes were also atleast $ 500 to $700 cheaper compared to the same bikes at other stores. After test riding a few of his bikes i choose to get the COMMUTER - $880. While doing the paper work George asked me to pay only $750 and said its right now on a special sale and gave me another $130 discount right there. I was compltely taken back by this price, as it became almost half of its original market value. He told me , only he can offer such prices as he orders them in bulk of atleast 50 or more pieces at a time. And therefore can also provide with excellent after sales support as he has ample spare parts. He opened a brand new box of a Commuter right in front of me and assembled it, and asked me to ride it before confirming my purchase. In total i spent a full 3 hrs in his store, and he was extremely patient to answer all my questions in details. Now, i have a knee injury, so i wanted a light weight ebike, so i could carry it upstairs to my road side apartment. I cannot lock it on the front of our apartment overnight on the sidewalk, as someone will definitely steal this beautiful bike for sure. I tried to lift the bike at his store and it felt the weight was manageable . But when George delivered it to me downstairs, and i lifted it upstairs it felt not possible for me to carry it up and down the stairs on a daily basis. A normal person will have no difficulty, but because my extremely sensitive knees i could not do it. I was afraid that i was stuck with a bike which i would probably never be able to use properly and might end up loosing to thieves and also my land lord asked me not to take the bike upstairs as i might scratch the walls of his stairs and damage his property etc . So I called George, and left a voice message saying everything. To my pleasant surprise I woke up to see a txt from George saying - he will come the very next day around 2 pm and pick up the bike from my place and return me the money. The very next day at exactly 1:20 pm George came to my apartment and payed me the cash, it was the exact those $100 bills I gave him yesterday. I have seen people being very punctual and coming at the right time to take money, but this is the first time i saw someone keeping their word and come at the exact time with a smile on their face to pay the Money Back. I will always remember this incident and never hesitate to do any business with him in the future, and i hope he forgives me of the hassle i caused to him UN-intentionally. Sunny - Danforth & Main.

Happy Camper I love my ebike,i have the ''CITY'' model and im impressed. Pros -like the flat black frame,makes is easy to do touch up paint jobs -very fast,rockets to zero to 22 miles/hr in 5 seconds -very bright front light and rear light is low at the rear axle,just the the new harley davidson model -seat is comfortable -''slim'' tires,not too fat -only 50 pound,all aluminium -very solid and well built -shimano drive train -Teckno brake system -waterproof display -very quiet motor,my tires make more noise -good stopping power with the brakes,skid marks all over toronto streets Cons -paint chips easy from my lock rubbing against frame -a few loose spokes on back wheel,but easy to tune up -hand grips were too hard,had to swap to good pair over all is was a good deal for 1300

I bought the "Aspen" model from George over 3 months ago. I have not gotten around to writing a review because I am having so much fun with the bike. George was marvellous to deal with. We spent an hour on the phone prior to me coming into the shop. When I did come in, I tried all the electric bikes George had as demos and chose the "Aspen Model". George helped me through the entire process and did not attempt to rush things at all. A very positive experience. David O.

ALL BIKES ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY TO TRY AND ALL CAN BE ALMOST IMMEDIATELY SHIPPED, George, the store’s caring owner told me. The great Brampton bike I got from him is similar to the Brompton bike, which can easily cost 60% more. George picked me up near my Toronto home and drove me to his store – he also lives in Toronto – and he later returned me to the subway for easy commuting home. GEORGE DELIVERED MY BIKE THE VERY NEXT DAY and had me safely try it. He also kindly put my beloved seat and rear baskets from my old bike onto my new bike from him. My Brampton bike so adjustable. Not only can I move the seat and handlebars up and down, I can also bring the seat closer to the handlebars or bring it further apart. His bike so fits me, is so comfortable to ride and I keep getting compliments from passersby on how great it looks.

My husband and I both enjoy bike riding but as seniors our knees don’t! We finally decided to check these bikes out and this location after a glowing report from our neighbours. The first thing that we noticed was that the owner was not interested in selling us just any bike but more the “ correct bike”. Even after we had made our choice he insisted we see everything available. An extra bonus is you can actually try as many bikes out as you want to right there. We both love our new bikes and surprisingly the transition from a regular bike was easy. If you are interested in an e bike do yourself a favour and check this place out.
