β β β β β The doctor is careless and not sensitive about the patience's problem. And he send my patient without doing anything to check with xrays but when we came back they were closed. We had to go and see another doctor. Also it says on internet closes at 8 pm but in reality it is closed around 5 pm which is inaccurate. I think even 1 star is too much for this clinic.

β β β β β One of the worst walk-ins I have ever visited. Nobody notices when you walk in. The wait time was short but the doctor seemed like he had better things to do with his time. Asked my wife a few questions and then just told her to go to a lab for a few tests. Nobody told us what may or may not be the problem. We were left hanging. I wouldn't recommend going to them if you have questions.

β β β β β Great clinic, top-notch doctors. Dr. Malisic is the one I went to first and now I will never go to anybody else. He doesn't guess, he would send you to a specialist or tests. When my shoulder hurt, sent me to orthopaedic surgeon who works from there. Thank you doctor, my shoulder never hurt again! Keep up a good work!

β β β β β Absolutely worst walk-in/family doctor. It takes 1-2 hours to see a doctor even if there is only 2-3 people ahead of you. Went in wanting a pap test but apparently only 1 doctor is willing to do it only on Wednesday 9-12. Yet, I see a poster for pap testing in their waiting room. Is this a joke? You promote something you can't even provide on more than 1 day by more than 1 doctor and there is no female doctors?? This place needs to get shut down and replaced by another clinic that's more capable. I'm only obligated to come once in blue moon because it's the closest to my house but I really wish it would get shut down and replaced!!!

β β β β β I was treated by Dr. Drago Malisic today. He is a fantastic doctor, very professional, thorough, and very caring considering that I went there as a walk in patient. I have gone to Appletree Med several times over the years, and all the doctors I have seen there are very nice and quite thorough. I highly recommend them. The young Asian gentleman who led me to the examination room was also very nice, thorough and friendly. Place was spotless. I had a bit of a wait, but it was worth it.

β β β β β The receptionist is very kind and helpful but the Dr. Da Silva didn't show much interest in my issue. I asked her for an xray to be 100% sure of what is going on in my body. Blood test's show clearly there is need for further examinations. She refused to order those test suggesting I shouldn't waste my time asking for tests because she considered my symptoms to not be serious enough and shouldn't be worry even though I feel pain. She also suggested it's all in my head. On top of that, when I asked what I should do with the persistent pain, she said to come back only when the pain got worse. Also I have my right to preventive medicine and I feel like this wasn't even taken into consideration.

β β β β β If you walk in and see "Dr. Da Silva" is working, walk out immediately and do not waste your time, that old hag needs to retire as soon as possible, she drags herself around giving people wrong information and bad advice, had one bad experience, but the second time had confirmed shes high on drugs or something, please dont waste your time thinking she of any help

β β β β β The young lady at the front desk misinformed me and wasted the time I took off my working day. I booked an online rapid antigen Covid test. The website clearly said "Whether you require testing for your travels, work, school or simply for your own peace of mind, Appletree now offers COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Testing at select locations.". As she heard that I was not going to travel, she told me that I could get a test only if I had symptoms. I needed to get the test done for my peace of mind before visiting elderly relatives during the Omicron outbreak so I lied that I had symptoms. I was then denied entry to the testing room due to "clinic policies". I was ablosutely polite and never raised my tone during the communication. This was the end of their shift so I assume they just did not want to bother themselves (especially with having to do some sanitizing job after a covid positive visitor came in earlier that afternoon). This is unacceptable and was very frustrating. Avoid this place if you have options.
