But the date I went there on Sunday 11th November, the young Indian lady at the front desk is very unprofessional, I ask for my immunization record for my placement requirement, she just said "I don't know" period. And why she called my name three four times asking my to go to front desk in total, instead of call me one time and solve the problem. I just know everyone at that moment know my name already. She doesn't know about how to protect clients' privacy and lack of professionalism. I wouldn't hire her if I'm the employer, she would just say "I don't know" when patients maybe take 1 or 2 hours transportation to go for clinic, and she just say I don't know, to clear that patients questions are not her business? It's OK that she didnt know things, but it's not OK when she just say I don't know without trying to help customer. I don't recommend that young Indian lady keep service people there, she would just say I don't know and not helping customer further.
k	koe jonas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about all the doctors but the older black lady doctor (dont know her name) is the worst doctor I have ever been to. I went in there because I had a fever for the past 4 days and she was acted like I was making my symptoms up. She was very dismissive and rude. I waited over an hour for my turn and she didn't even spend a full 5 minutes with me before jotting down the prescription to a generic cough syrup and running off to her next patient without even saying a word. TERRIBLE DOCTOR SHOULD NOT BE LICENSED. Avoid this clinic entirely its dirty and I'm pretty sure receptionist lets people go ahead of others.

Asked many questions for correct diagnosis. Half of my pain had gone after talking to her.Moreover, she faxed the prescription to my nearest pharmacy for my convenience.

It is unclear if they understand that they are dealing with the health of individuals who are unwell. If an individual can not follow a name being spelled out several times? Is this the role they should be in. Am I to trust you with my health reports? There isn't a single polite, professional competent receptionist there. They ALL simply could not care less about the role they are in. Good luck having anyone return your call or answer the phone. So ?When someone shows you they are incompetent? Believe them. It's your health. Further you never know when the clinic is going to be open or when there is going to be a Dr.? It is extremely frustrating. The sign indicated 9:30 you wait until 10:00 and still no one shows up. The sign indicates till 4:00pm at 3:30, the Dr. has already left. After over 30 years I've had to go elsewhere.

They always wanna seem to rush you off the call and can't be bothered to assist when needed. I had called and spoke to one of the receptionist named Rakshanda, who had difficulty comprehending anything I was saying and had an extremely rude tone throughout the call. She had asked me for my name 3 times which I had to spell out phonetically. She had placed me on a long hold without an apology for the long wait time. A complete and utter lack of phone etiquette from all the receptionists at this location. A coaching opportunity is definitely needed.

Also went again reception told me to come in, rang the door bell and she had me waiting for plus 5 mins by cold door with my kids, when I called for the 3rd time as she requested she told me to go home the doctor would call when ytd she told me to come in. Reception who is Indian than went to Indian doctor and told him to refuse care to me!!! DR. Ghandi told me he wouldn't see me in front off the whole waiting room! No professionalism. Refused to me me CPSO NUMBER and threatened to call security. He abuses yh3 healtcare system by continually booking appointments for unnecessary reasons.
