Within the first 5 minutes of me trying to explain my situation she kept interrupting me. Then when I told her to "hold on please" she hung up the phone and I haven't been able to reach anyone since. I have never been in such a vulnerable place before in my life and to think someone would take advantage of that and treat me this way while i'm in a crisis is so sad. So many people forget where they came from. Luckily, I called another branch district who have helped me thank god. Tenisha is an absolute joke to the system. take care

I asked for an appointment for something and she said it's available after January first week so I thought of booking it but I guess she changed her mind about it and offer me 31st without looking what is available. When I said you told me something different but she said she didn't! How funny it is that people at the desk decide what we are getting. I hope she was having a okay day and it just happened to me only.

Specialty if you need to get done the tax filing for a cheap rate like 25$. They don't accept the credit card. Only cash. There are numerous service or at least they would guide you to a place where you can obtain what you need.
