I bought a GOTRAX 20inch Folding Electric Bike Fat Tire and the seller for this item is Tao Motor Canada Inc. / All Things Fun-North York using Best Buy site. The seller cancelled my order at the the same day I bought saying I called to cancel and asked to be refunded, but it wasn't true... I didn't called them. On Best Buy site, was written " this item won't be charged " but it was, I received a debit in my bank account! So, I started asking the refund and this is just a headache! The seller is responsible to update the item in the Web site but it isn't happening. IT passed more than 5 business days and the item still there for customers to buy but they don't have any in stock! Imagine how many customers buy waiting to receive the item but the seller cancel the order and take the money... than you will have to wait 5 business days to receive the refund theoretically... if you are like me, you won't receive it at all. I don't recommend this seller! I looked on other sites like Amazon, Best Buy and others and the Bike still there to be sold from this seller. This isn't honest, the item must "be sold out" to not cause problems to customers buying with debit card! So, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SELLER ! UNLESS YOU WANT A LOT OF HEADACHES!

Placed order on Wednesday afternoon and bike was dropped off at my house Friday afternoon same week. The price was great and the bike arrived in great shape. My five year old grandson and I assembled it in about an hour. It was very straight forward and the instructions were good. The bike is great to ride and I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately had a few issues with some defects on both that were not handled properly by Gotrax. Most likely due to Covid, Gotrax was slow and very hard to communicate with. They did send some replacement parts but those too were defective which caused even more inconvenience. It just was a bad and slow process to get any customer service. Then out of the blue Gotrax contacted me. Even when I did not return their messages they continued to contact me until I responded. What I thought would be another gruelling nail-biting, hair pulling out of the root process turned into one of the most pleasent fast and customer service oriented experiences I have had. They bent way over backwards making it possible to have the bikes functioning like brand new. Due to their overwhelming customer service we have purchased more gotrax products including a hover board. About the bikes. Everyone in my family loves them. They are amazing to ride and with all the upgrades made possible by Gotrax these bikes will be a favourite for years to come. I never buy any products unless they have good customer service and warranty behind them. Initially I thought I made a mistake with Gotrax but now I am very happy I went with a Gotrax product. I would recommend this model to anyone that wants reliability and quality in an ebike.

Bought scooters and hoverboards for my kids and myself. 1 of them was faulty, they immediately exchanged the faulty scooter with no questions. Knowledgeable staff and fair prices all while maintaining covid protocols and great customer service. Will definitely go back.

I had a few issues with my two refurbished scooters that I bought from this store (through Best Buy Marketplace) but Tao Motor quickly sent me new parts and gave me amazing quick and friendly service!
