★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car helped me my first visit in finding a new pair of shoes, a Journeys exclusive Vans pair, one all checkered pink and the other all checkered purple. She was friendly, upbeat, and extremely helpful, both locating sizes in-store and checking availability of another shoe I wanted to find. Would recommend Journeys at Vaughan Mills! Would shop at this location again. Thank you, Car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not a good experience at all. An employee named Anushi was very rude and disrespectful. She is Indian and to all other people she was have a good day . However, to us she was showing us an attitude. Not sure where it comes. Will definitely not coming back cause of her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Journey's had a full size run for almost every shoe I asked for. The staff were extremely responsive and prioritized helping me and other customers. I ended up buying a black pair of Chuck Taylor's, they're a classic shoe. I look forward to shopping here again.
