★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are super friendly and helpful. Always welcoming...I bought a shoe and wanted to exchange it. The girl that was helping me showed me different styles, so she was really helpful to find me the shoes that I want... and she was smiling and had a very good attitude the whole time... good customer service.. highly recommend it!

Items cannot be returned in store because their system is always down (they tell me they’re down for months usually but it could be the employees are just incompetent). Returning through UPS takes over 2 months to process and my experience is they don’t even process it and you have to call them. Trash company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would really give them 0 star but there is no option available. do not buy anything that they say will be delivered to you in 3-5 business days even if they promise you. they won't pay you back even if the order isn't arrived. waste of time and waste of money

The cashier lineup is unmanaged with no direction from store employees, the cashier were all distracted and having their own conversation while processing the purchases. They don't have bags once you purchase items from them and the whole store was a mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff...must work on a kpi or commission as she took my shoes to the counter. That's ok I like their shoes and she went out back for me to get a pair of shoes for me. Very pleasant plus it was super busy with people in there.
