B	B DV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was really good. I went to get my husband a pair of running shoes. I wouldn't comment much on the price. We found a good pair of Nike roshes on sale. The guy who helped us was really patient.

He refused a return because it was two shoes from the same billing address and was considered to be a "bulk return" which is against store policy he claims. I asked to see the policy and he was accusing me of calling him a liar. He was unable to find this policy and then processed the refunds for us. This leads me to believe that the policy was false and there was some underlying reason for his initial refusal. Overall terrible experience and employees must learn to act more professional with customers and further their knowledge regarding store policies.

If they don’t have stock of what I need, they’ll take the time to help me find the next best item or another location that does have stock. The staff are very welcoming & always around to help! Today an employee by the name of Lynn was very helpful in helping me with finding the perfect shoes for my son birthday. This is my go to Footlocker!

k	kim moui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when i first walked in, there wasn’t anyone to service me (which was fine). then when i asked for help to get a size, an employee (sabrina q) helped me and she was a little helpful at first, but when my sister and i both noticed that both pairs of shoes were a little dirty, we asked if she could get us a different pair and she didn’t seem so happy about that. to be honest she had an attitude afterwards and i felt offended by it, if i’m being 110% true right now. i ended up buying the somewhat messed up shoes, she did not deserve the commission. it was very rude of her to show attitude, if she didn’t like it there she could’ve asked someone else to service me. better yet, if she doesn’t like her job, she might as well quit. it’s not hard to be nice.

R	Roberto Okeke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible store I asked the manager that was around on the 11th of April 2022 for some shoes that restocked that day at this store and he told me they were sold out prior to that I was there at 11 am and he told me they weren't sure if they were dropping an hour later I come back and I see people walking out the store with the pair that was supposedly sold out and I was told that was the last pair and no they were not released through instore reservation they were first come first serve
