★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad customer service. I came in the store yesterday to return an item or get a store credit but instead I was treated poorly by one of the sale associates, Ella. She did not address my concern/issue appropriately. I was misinformed about the return and exchange policy, however I believe that It is the staff responsibility to politely explain it to the customers and not respond with condescending remark such as " We are doing you a favor!". It is awfully unprofessional and rude. I will not go back to the store because of such dissatisfactory service. It would be highly beneficial to the store if staff are properly trained on good customer service especially when handling a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has very trendy clothes. I always shop when Kristen is working. She’s very friendly and helpful with putting outfits together. I don’t receive the same service from many of the other sales associates. If she is not working I recommend asking for Stephanie who is also very good. However, management needs to be improved at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff. They don’t greet you when you walk in, nor do they interact with you at all unless it seems like you’re going to purchase something. All 5 of the employees working at the time (Ap 22 around 6:30pm) were huddled behind the cash register gossiping about customers and laughing. 100% bad vibes and judgment all around. Get off your high horse ladies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Made a purchase online during Black Friday and their size guide turned out to be widely inaccurate. Tried to only exchange the pieces and was told that they could only give me store credit and that I would have to buy the pieces I want back at full price. So they purposely try to make you lose money in that sense, and on top of it, then you can't return anything even at full price because they make up arbitrary rules as to why they can't accept items that are unworn, unused, and with the tags on. Not to mention, the girl I spoke with was so snarky over the phone that I almost hung up. So its safe to say I will never shop here again and will not be recommending it to anyone I know.
