★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Customer Service. Let's start by stating they were way under staffed for the weekend. The one lady working was having a social hour with two customers while there were numerous of other customers waiting for service. I was disappointed and frustrated after waiting 20 mins for a simple item to cash out.... dont waste your time here shop online or days it's not busy.. even then I still wouldnt recommend coming here ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low quality and high prices! After just 3 days pillow cases changed color without any wash or anything , and not only they don't accept or exchange that but also I've been accused that I lie! Very bad experience and Disappointed with the purchase and costumer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products in the store is awesome. Definitely the place to be if you want good quality and design. However there's TOO MUCH customer service. Emoloyees look like they are only on commisssion, if you buying the quilt, they are going to "Suggest" you buy the cover, the shams the sheets. I wanted just the quilt thats not too thick, they ended up grabbing me the thickest one told me it's the one that I wanted( DOUBLE THE PRICE). I wanted a duvet cover as well, which they helped me to find, and then they gave me the shams without asking me if I want them, neither told me the price. And they took out bed sheets and I thought it was just the sheets but the lady grabbed me a whole set of sheets with another 2 shams. OF COURSE, it's black friday and everything is final sale. Suggest to check everything before leaving the store.
