Unfortunately, I had an issue with a duvet cover zipper not clasping (not due to wear and tear, and the zipper itself was not broken or damaged). I had the cover for about a year, but would not expect a problem like this to occur with any cover. The employee at the time advised that she could not do anything for me and didn't even take an opportunity to look at the product. I understand that stores have specific return policies but this encounter was not what I would expect from any reputable store that stands behind their products. I will not be shopping at this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bennington's is an excellent place for you to buy Bed and Bathroom items at very good supplies. I was a longtime customer at your at their store on orfus Road but unfortunately they moved so now I'm dealing with this store. It doesn't matter where the stores are located their prices are great and the staff is very cordial and and helpful. I'd recommend them highly.
