How to loose your money?
Simply buy a mattress of the sleep factory and you will have the guarantee that you are not going to be disappointed. Moreover, you will have the certainty that what you bought is a huge piece of garage where you can sleep.
I bought a king size mattress that was very uncomfortable and I brought it back ( return policy 60 days). Well, guess what? The owner told me that due to the lack of a sticker (a piece of paper attached to the plastic bag) he wouldn't have been able to accept the mattress.
I will end up saying that it is the perfect masterpiece of scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with this company! Bought the kingkoil pillowtop mattress and it is amazing! No pressure while exploring mattress options with Dean. Arranging delivery with Steven was efficient. And the final delivery with Jordan was great! Super happy customer :)
Will definitely buy from Sleep Factory again in the future. Keep up the great work guys! A+ rating. Great customer service. Super fast delivery. Bought the bed on Tuesday, delivered today (Saturday.)

We chose one and didn't get satisfied. We talked to him again and got our mattress switched right away, with no questions or penalties. So if you guys need a mattress, go to The Sleep Factory at Orfus Road, talk to Steven and sleep better!

I also had a nice time chatting with the owner, he was very friendly and helpful (also gave me a great price for everything). Because this is a local business, not only did I feel good about supporting Canadian businesses, but I will also receive my orders faster since they don't rely on import. Would recommend 100%.

The mattresses are really very good quality
and in a very reasonable price unlike other branded stores where you get the same quality mattress but way higher price.
The store is not too fancy that’s why the prices are reasonable.
And above all the customer service is very good.
He is very polite and knowledgeable and helps you choose a mattress according to your need and budget.
I bought my mattress a while ago and I’m very much satisfied with it. Plus it has lifetime warranty.
