★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed things for our Hollywood Showcase event and this was the perfect place to get the things we needed to decorate the dance studio. The staff was helpful as well as they are knowledgeable about their stock and the location of everything which allows your visit to be quick and precise. They have a good selection of stock at a good price. They definitely get my two thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not a secret that party city is a dressed up and overpriced dollar store.
Online indicates that they had 14(!) items in stock, so I drove here for 40 minutes. Coming in - not a single employee on the floor, so after I couldn’t find the item I went to the cashier. The girl at the register said “oh yeah, our website isn’t accurate, we probably don’t have it if you didn’t find it”. When I asked her to check other stores for this item (hoping for more accuracy than their website) she legit opened Google and searched “party city”website and told me there’s 1 in Markham location. 2 minutes after she said not to trust the the website. I get that website inaccuracy might not be their fault…but this was just so ridiculous, I wasn’t even mad anymore, just left the store laughing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in prior to going to the store to make sure they had an item they claimed was on their website. First time no answer, second time, no answer, third nothing so looked through the reviews and someone mentioned a toll free number. Called it, spoke to an agent who transferred me back to the store and mysteriously enough....someone answered. Asked them if they had a specific item and they said they had 5.
I went to the store and there were left. Asked the cashier to check their count and they confirmed 5. I told them no - just 2 and they should update their website regarding inventory.
I cant stand it when I call a store and get no response and would have to resort to calling more than once to speak to someone and have to have faith that if they say they have the items I need at the store it will be there - only to find out it was bs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location are liars and are not allowing customers to use there washrooms?? As a consumer you should be able to use there washroom nope for two weeks they have different excuses no washroom to customers?? Then out of order.everyday different excuses. Staff all have said something different. Also there store selection has been very very bad out of stock of everything. I wonder why? I guess ppl with disabilities can’t shop since they don’t allow a shopping customers to use the washroom. Don’t go here very very rude staff. No washroom of course.., .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a few decorations for a little birthday party at home. Variety was there and much more than your local dollar store. Gets busier in the evening so drop by in the morning-day time. I would also recommend the store to have a sign of instructions in case you are interested in getting helium balloons or a special one off the wall - it was a bit upsetting to finally get in touch with a worker and having to be told that I had to do “xyz” before getting what I needed.
Overall great, just needs more clarification or signage somewhere

Parking spaces available all the time.
Quite place.
Opposite to Yorkdale school.
Highly recommend this place.
