Great store. Loved the service. However after the pandemic the selection of cookware was very poor. Still best in GTA!

I made a purchase on "BED BATH AND BEYOND CANADA"-for the "Babycare Playpen", arrived missing a Safety joint holder. 1st: Contacted "BBB-CANADA" for replacement of the missing piece. Said will send it to me, WAITED 2 WEEKS-NOTHING. 2nd: Contacted "BBB-CANADA" again, said same thing-this time I asked for a ticket number. after 2 WEEKS-NOTHING. 3rd: Contacted "BBB-CANADA" again, BEED TOLD-"I WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE PARTS, AS THEY DO NOT HAVE IT!!" I was furious, got fooled for a whole month. The representative told me I can only packed the whole thing back in box and ship back to them, they will send me a new one. "BUT NO GURANTEE THE MISSING PIECE WILL BE THERE"- Ridiculous! Then I contact Babycare (Posh Baby And Kids Kids Canada), trying to see if can come out with a solution. It responsed fast (with no BS) and sent me the replacement part out in same day (even I didn't purchase from them). I received it in few days-exactly the missing piece I needed. Will definately buy from elsewhere in the future and AVOID BED BATH AND BEYOND!

Located just off of highway 7 east of Yonge Street, this location is easy to access and is very organized and clean. Large selection of household goods and bedding, great variety of pillows. Check out the single seater mini zambonis, ask for them in the back.

Been twice this year, January and February. First time at the checkout there were no staff to help me while store is not busy. In February, same thing, i was about to leave the stuff and walk away. Few staff look at me and no one wiling to come and help at the checkout. Please add self-checkout machines or keep at least one person at the checkout!!! Products are not the greatest quality, check reviews.

Somewhat pointless. Overly worked staff don't know stock or have time to help properly. In store shopping is a waste of time here. Order off the web and pick up. Cant find online? Don't go in store, just look elsewhere. Amazon makes for good competition here.

First of, delivery is not free even for purchase above $99 like many practices for online shopping. But it was delivered within 24hrs for the same city. Then I asked for a gift wrapping (another additional charge). When package was delivered on Wednesday afternoon, I found out when I came back from work that my order was not gift wrapped. Given the fact that I don't have much time left to wrap my gift, I can only give 2 stars due to a frustrating online shopping experience. Better shop with other competitors that would take your request more seriously... ?

Great SALE - Worst Manager Been shopping in this BBB for a while now since it's in the neighbourhood, and I considered my DEC.03 visit the worst experience EVER and I blame the manager. I went to the High Tech store on DEC.02, purchased a total of $700 newborn essentials for my upcoming baby including a BABYBREZZA Bottle Dryer which was marked as FINAL SALE w/ a sticker says regular price $231.99 Reduced price $162.99 (30% off). Later on that night I found out the exact same item is selling for $110.99 regular price on the BBB.ca website so I went back for a price adjustment, and I was asked to come back on second day because the manager has left. DEC. 03, I met DANIELLE the manager. After I explained the situation then Danielle looked at the sticker and said FINAL SALE means FINAL SALE, there's nothing she can do. I was shocked at the moment consider I already have the product page opened on my phone telling her the pricing was off at the first place, but she insisted it was a final sale. (aka you were willing to paid $162.99 for a reg. price $110.99 baby bottle sterilizer+dryer at the first place, it's not my business to help you save $ just stuck with it. ) But did I get a price adjustment? I did, I insisted. Danielle the manager first asked me to provide the SKU# listed on the website, then toke the original receipt from my hand without asking; I did not feel respected and valued at the first place, and her attitudes of contempt has led a third trimester pregnant woman extremely uncomfortable at the moment. Danielle said to me it would be a ONE-TIME-ACCOMMODATION then authorized Lina(cashier) to do a price adjustment of 30%off on top of reg.$110.99, and left the spot without saying nothing, nothing. Anyone who works at BED BATH and Beyond High Tech location please read this: It's not your fault the store system sucks, it's your attitude. We all know no one works there actually owns the place, so don't act like it. If there's a mistake in the system, let customers know and help to fix it, report it to higher management. We all go there to shop for a reason, one day I was all thrilled prepping a nursery for my baby with all these good sales then balling my eyes out the second day because a rude manager. SALE means lower in price, not lack of expectation of manner.

Worst warehouse experience. I ordered an item at Jan 11 for a registry for baby shower in feb 6th, i recieved the package damaged, ripped looked like hell, all dirty (one side looks like punched in and soemone taped over it) , they didnt even bother packing it in a seperate box, arrived on 19th jan, i wanted a replacement, got a shipping label and sent it the same day, again all i wanted is a replacement; doesnt sound complicated does it? Well apparently to rrobin and rest of the warehouse team it sounds super complicated, the item arrived to the warehouse on monday, 24th (or even before that according to the rep), i called 2-3 times and they were complaining how they were behind and they would ship it out by thursday or friday 28th. But nope they are too lazy, incompetent and unreliable. I called again on friday and even the customer service rep was surprised it was not shipped, when your own customer service is surprised by your incompetence thats says a lot. So now its monday 31st still dont even have a tracking number, my guess is i wont ever. Save your time and money go buy from literarily any other store.
