β β β β β Not a good service some of the employees do not know any things about their computer and they tell you they will bring someone who knows more about their products. I stood there for 30 min straight no one came until I found someone. I asked one of the employees to bring me a mouse from the back because it wasn't on the shelfs he went and took him super long to come back and once the guy came back he stoped and help another customer. I asked him to give the mouse I wanted since it was on his hand but he was telling me to wait. What kind of service is this. All of the shelfs were messy witch made me believe the wrong information about their products (prices). This store needs a lot of changes

β β β β β I was there today and basically was persuaded to purchase a different tv that was not in stock.
Turns out the store representative gave me false information not only that basically sold me a more expensive/ worst TV.
I cannot cancel my order and go pick up the tv that I want and is in stock,
Instead I have to wait 3 days for the tv to be delivered to go back to the location to return it just to get the tv I originally wanted.
Pretty frustrated and I almost want to cancel my order and just go somewhere else - such an inconvenience for an expensive product.

β β β β β Just got my printer thanks to Hesam! I was looking for a printer for a few days and checked different places. I just checked this place this morning but the advisor I got help from didn't have detailed info about different printers so I went home to do my own research. I came back again in the evening and I was lucky that Hesam came to help me. He was knowledgeable and so helpful. He helped us to choose the right printer very fast!!

β β β β β Best Buy wonβt give you a window, as to when a product is to be delivered.
We stayed home and waited 2 days for a product to be delivered, without a phone call or email.
We knew it was βON THE TRUCKβ, but with no communication whatsoever.
Best Buy farms out their deliveries. Iβm not totally sure who this company is (maybe Purolater, but Iβm not positive)
Anyway, it was a terrible experience, with 2 wasted days.
Shop elsewhere!!!!!!!!

β β β β β our sales lady was Hiva and made our purchase process fun she was extremely patient with us even though we werenβt so sure about what we wanted. She stayed after hours to make us satisfied and it wasnβt like she was just doing because it was her job! I would say she was as excited as we are with our purchases! and i will definitely look for her next time.

β β β β β Today is April 3, 2022. Enter the place at 13:20. 6 employee standing in front of entrance enjoy chatting. Used masks lots of garage on the outside of front main entrance nobody seems care to clean it.. went inside try to buy a all in one computer for my parents. Only saw one white boy working hard explain details to a female customer. 4 people waiting for his help at the same time. 4. Younger employees stand inside of cashier area. Around the audio section head down play own cellphones. Clearly the management is not working today.

β β β β β Good size store with a wide selection of inventory on electronics. Staff typically are somewhat pushy in sales. Used to have crazy long line ups during Covid restrictions but things are ok again and you can quickly get in and out. Definitely one of the better Best Buy stores I have been to.
