They do the magic of price match but if you also wanna apply a coupon, they’re like “NOPE, see ya later”.
2 stars just for the collection of products!

I had to return the first set of pillows I got, due to bad quality. the second set that I bought, I placed an order online for in-store pick up… And I was given a pillow that has already been opened and used before. I came back an hour later and spoke to the associate and they said that used returned pillows go to the clearance section not back on the regular shelf… But this was not true in this case… This pillow has been opened and used before. The tape seal was broken and stuck back on. The pillow was clearly used you can tell by the fabric and re-packaging that was ripped.
. Very unpleasant experience having to come back to the store not once but THREE times.
Customers should be getting a new box pillow that is properly sealed by the manufacturer. Should not have this issue when spending over $100 in store. Horrible experience, and no sense of quality customer service.
Was not compensated whatsoever, and was served by ignorant cashiers. Not happy, will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give this a -10000000 if I could. Ordered something online and picked it up in store. Before leaving, noticed the box was ripped. I looked at the item and notice it was used so badly, had dust and dirt from previous user and the broom portion of it was totally used and dirty. The cashier had the audacity to tell me “that’s how they come”. I asked for another one, opened it up and the same thing. I asked the next employee why they were selling used items and she said no we don’t. When it comes in they inspect it. They had no more in stock so I drove almost 30 mins away for a product in a store where clearly the employees are not doing their due diligence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: After calling Bed Bath to get my credit for order cancelled at their end (past 3 business days), they said that are surprised I have not received it and asked me to call my VISA to dispute it. Please be warned online shoppers, this is obviously a scamming company with a big name.
I purchased a Hoover CleanSlate on sale from Bed Bath website. They charged my card and cancelled my order minutes after that. They even ask you to tip the driver. Upon discussion with their chat support - they were convinced that company doesn't charge when order cancelled - showed the rep the screenshot from my credit card, and they changed their statement - I will get my money back in 2-3 business days. Would not recommend online purchases on this site, this used to be reputable company in the past.
