★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for 30 minutes in line to make a return. Store wasn't busy but cashiers were painfully slow. Alot of cusomers put their items down and left after seeing the length of the line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I delivery to over 30 TJX stores around the gta so that's at least 120 managers I have been in contact with over 3 years....the managers here are some of the most polite people I have ever dealt with....I am very impressed....keep up the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winners in a nice location with lots of stock and ample parking. Good brands and decent deals. Went to look for a gown, somewhat limited in that aspect. Otherwise plenty of most things available. The associates are somewhat helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this location because it always has a lot of stock. I usually find useful things here. I found a great pack of sheet masks, a pleasant smelling candle, and natural lip balm. The store layout is easy to maneuver, and is never messy. The cashiers are always nice and friendly. I've never had a negative experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to make a return without a receipt for some untouched merchandise purchased before the pandemic. The Store Manager Maria explained Winner's policy that they cannot take back merchandise without proof of purchase (which is understandable). However, I do believe as a senior representative of any brand, you should use more tact and consideration when dealing directly with customers. I found her condescending, cold and unnecessarily loud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was super busy, but I was able to find some really great deals. I found the staff were really friendly and helpful. It's also a pretty big location, so they do have a lot of cool stuff aside from clothes. I found some Christmas gifts and other random things for the house as well. A long line to check out but overall my experience was positive. Would come back again.
