I'm sorry but this place was awful. Literally as soon as I stepped in the door everything went down hill. I went here for a wedding consult, they were so rude and unprofessional. Made me feel so uncomfortable! Would never recommend this place to anyone dont waste your time or money worse place ever.even one star is too much for this place. they dont let you to talk they just act like they know everything because shes having 35 year experience but they dont have any clue about customer service they just want your money. poor place

Nice store! There are many options for good prices. There are dresses, suits and so much more, all suitable for you! I definitely recommend it.

I have been looking for a dress for my big day when a friend recommended this boutique for dresses. The next day I took my mother and went there were to my surprise I found the dress of my dreams in the catalog. The salesperson convinced me that since the dress wasn’t on site and was custom made, he ensured me that all I would need to do to get that bridal dress is agree to their terms of sales and put a deposit. She confidently said to me that when the dress arrives and I in any kind of way don’t like or wasn’t happy with the outcome or how it looks like because it was custom order that I for sure would get my money refunded. Little did I know then that it was all a lie. Sure enough the dress arrived and looked nothing like the picture! From the shape to style to the fabric, it was hideous,but again I believed the salesperson. She ensured me that they would be 100 percent able to alter it to make it exactly the way It looked like in the picture and that I would love the end result. I went in for alterations 3 times and every time I was expecting change I saw none I told them only one time to get the skirt that makes the dress more puffy and they didn’t!...I did send them the pic of the skirt too...They didn’t do anything they claimed they would do, and I left every time believing that change would happen. My big day is not to far and the dress is nothing like I wanted and was showed. They won’t give me my money back!! and they still claim that it’s fixable when they tried several times, but it seems like they won’t be able to do so at all.They just think they can feed people lies and try to rip them off. Please don’t believe anything they tell you. They’re rude, ignorant and cannot follow through with their promises. I lost a lot of money and I have no dress. Please don’t let these people fool you. All this when we talk and explain to her what i think it’s not right their answer is it’s our job and We know.. as a professional Business owners they should not say that to customer at all ... CUSTOMER ARE ALWAYS RIGHT specially on the bride.

Amazing service I got what I wanted excellently wanted for me and my wife. Very good service and a very good owner as well super sweet and I appreciate it and after read the awful comments from some negative people really disgusted me. Why they showing so much hate and negativity I don’t know and I am 100% that’s there wrong this is not true because for me and my wife and also for my best friend they got what we wanted excellently. And just a small message for all negative people if you have a negative comment please keep it to yourself no one has time to read your negative comments and not just that, you may not know what other people going through. Be positive and stop the hate. thank you

Absolutely no words to describe how bad the service is at this place. A one star is even way too much to give this place ! hahaa! They steal your money to get you poor quality material. How are you going to use a ribbon that you can find in dollarama and use it on a wedding dress?! (unbelievable) This one dress looked like a sparkly Christmas table clothe! A sweet 15 dress looks better than their "quality speaks for itself" type of dresses! And very poor customer service and very rude and sarcastic!

They have beautiful collection of dresses. Reasonable prices. Great staff. I bought a very elegant gown from them and I can't wait to wear it!! Manahel and sarah were very helpful :)

I am so glad I found Royal Closet. I was looking for a costume for my sister’s wedding and once I walked in the staff were so friendly and helpful. I told them what I wanted and they helped me with it. I was so happy with my purchase. Thank you once again Royal Closet.

Greatest experience and the best people!! I’m glad I got my dress form them. Sarah and her mom are such sweethearts and they handle all sizing and altering very smoothly. Highly recommended ????
