When I stepped into lovely Lingerie, I experienced such a warming and comfortable experience from Anna and Rose. Not only did they help me gain back my confidence but they helped me to feel like a women again. I 100% recommend this store to anyone in need of a confidence boost or just a great new piece! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by a lovely sales lady who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was very helpful and respectful of my budget. I was purchasing a present for a friend who is getting married. Then, Anna continued to cash me out and wrap the gift. All the ladies at the store were most kind, friendly and helpful. The store has a beautiful selection of upscale lingerie. I would highly recommend, especially for a special occasion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always struggle to find good bras because I have very large breasts. Although I’m only a size 36 I need an F cup & usually retail stores assume that if you’re an F cup you must be a 40+ but this place had my size in so many different variations! This place, their bras and staff are all amazing. I read some of the negative reviews and I’m convinced that there’s no way any of them true! I got there less than an hour before close, with no appointment & they didn't turn me away! Also I’m a young black girl who walked in here right after the gym, in my no-name gym clothes and they made me feel so welcome. They were very eager to help me so whoever wrote that they profile based on how much money you look like you’re going to spend is not saying the truth. These people are so nice. The staff were amazing and the bras are FANTASTIC. They’re great quality and they size you accurately! They even have sports styles! In my opinion they’re not even expensive. I paid $80 for a bra that suddenly made my back stop hurting because I had proper support + made me look thinner because it was the right size & my fitting was free! I will never buy a bra anywhere else again! If you’re in need of a good bra go here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most uncomfortable shopping experience I’ve ever had. A sales associate was following me from the moment I arrived. Eventually I allowed her to help me, I explained I was looking for an unlined bra that had colour , not black or white. She kept on grabbing black bras. I went to grab a bra I liked and she took it right out of my hands. Then she made me go to the fitting room while I was still looking around.
I should mention I have a impairment that makes getting dressed more difficult. She was aware of this yet kept on rushing me to come out and show her the bra. And when I’d go to take it off she would reach her hand behind the curtain to grab the bra. I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave. Then she tried to offer me a discount because she assumed I wasn’t getting it because I couldn’t afford it.
The bras weren’t even that nice. It gave a Nonna vibe. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I went in for the first time, having never bought lingerie before. The sales associate was helpful and suggested several options within my budget. The item was a gift and she even gave me a nice gift bag and paper.
I went back about a week later to exchange one of the items and they helped me with no problems. I found that they also have a lot of nice bigh end items. Its a nice atmosphere to shop in. Highly recommend checking them out.

She measured me and found bras that fit perfectly! She is so knowledgeable, friendly, sweet, everything! I also met the store owner, Rose, who was so nice to me. I'm so grateful that I didn't listen to the few negative reviews on here. I will recommend this store to every woman I know! Thank you so much Anna and Rose. You have a customer for life!
