★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disrespectful staff, lack training. Maya at cash is extremely slow and rude. The manager is also not trained adequately.
The staff there is extremely rude. There was a cashier named Maya who claimed I had to go to the Pickering location to do any returns since that's where I made the purchase. I know that's not true since I've returned at other locations in the past. I asked her to check with a manager and she all of a sudden started claiming I called her names. That did not happen and she told the cashier beside her that I called her names. I've never had such a ridiculous experience before. I was getting late so I left and called the manager at the store who was also really rude and claimed I abused Maya and apparently the cashier beside Maya was the "witness" . The whole experience was extremely shocking and uncalled for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julia V was most definitely the best and most kinda hearted associate out of all the marshals I have visited, first I asked her where I can find a Pacific pair of running shoes for the gym and she selected one for me and when I say I’m not lying… IM NOT LYING THOSE PAIRS OF SHOES ARE PROBABLY THE MOST COMFORTABLE PAIR OF SHOES ON THIS EARTH EVERY TIME I RUN WITH THEM I FEEL LIKE IM FLOATING OR STANDING ON CLOUDS THANK YOU JULIA V!!!!!!
