Don’t waste your time and money. The worst store and terrible service ever! I totally DO NOT recommend this store if you’re thinking to go. Firstly there are no price tags on the items. The prices were outrageous. The lady who works there is a big liar, rude, unprofessional and doesn’t know how to treat the customers. Also they sell defective items. Once you purchased it you can’t refund anymore. Don’t mess up your beautiful daughter/son β€˜s special day because of those worst people!!!

I guess I should have know better after reading all the reviews. Having a dog roam the store (while being allergic) sure doesn't help but the owners don't really care. Being ridiculously overpriced is one thing but come on and have some decency. Bad attitude buy I guess that fits into the Woodbridge culture. Not a warm place or inviting. Say NO to the dress .

They have a great selection of dresses and were wonderful to deal with. We were recommended to this place by a friend, who had dealt with them in the past and had mentioned how great a selection of dresses they have.

This store came recommended to me through a friend to find a Baptism outfit. Now keep in mind that when it comes to baptism outfits for boys', you get slim picking anywhere you go. I went into the store with an outfit in mind. At first the older lady was nice enough to greet us, and wanted to know a little bit about what I was looking for. I explained that I was looking for an outfit for a baptism, specifically in gray and white. She started to pull outfits out that didn't even fit the description of what I was looking for. Not to mention, there was a man in the back room on a "business call" which was on speaker, we could hear the whole conversation. The older lady couldn't even stay focused on us, because she was spreading herself very thin by trying to please us and the man in the back room. As I had just started looking at Baptism outfits, I didn't like any of the styles she offered to me, nor did she have a lot of sizes. The selection was very bad. At the end, she pulled out a potential outfit, but I didn't feel comfortable enough with purchasing it as I wanted to confirm my Godson's size; the lady explained to me that she wouldn't wait to come back for the outfit as it was the "last one" (classic selling tactic) that obviously didn't work on myself. She became very pushy. Went there on a Thursday, she said that by Saturday the outfit would be "sold out" and that I would be "out of luck". The only one who is "out of luck" was this store that lacked the customer service. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Not to mention for a store that "Specializes In Baptisms" they had NO selection of sizes and outfits. *thumbs down*

I bought an adorable baptism dress at this location. They had a very good selection of dresses. The lady at the store was very pleasant and helpful.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! I read over a few of the past reviews and they are telling the truth. The duo hear lacks customer service/people skills. I went in this afternoon with my sister-in-law looking for baptism outfit for our little guys. We were looking around when finally the mother (blonde lady) approached us asking if we needed help. We told her what we were looking for and she asked my son's size (what he was currently wearing) and she looked at me with this look as if I was lying.. I quickly said he looks bigger 'cause he has fuller cheeks...she made a face, pulled and outfit (specifically for the shirt) put in on the table and walked away. the store was not busy there was another lady with a baby in a stroller and someone accompanying her and an older man who had just stepped foot in the door picking something up... looking at the shirt I wasn't impressed - looked quite cheap (could probably find something cuter at H&M just to compare quality) I discussed it with my SIL and we were wondering if they had anything else to show us maybe with a short sleeve since alot of the outfits for boys had layering pieces. Along comes the daughter (dark hair with a bob) she had a bit of an attitude and made several rude comments as well raised the tone of her voice when I told her I didn't really like the typical outfits and made a rude remark saying its only one day.....Why would I purchase something I don't like. The mother returned and started putting pressure to make a decision for her guy, however everything my SIL showed from the stores own Instagram page wasn't in store and her excuse was people send us so many pictures we don't know which ones they are. Needless to say we walked out unimpressed and definitely won't be returning.

IF ONLY ZERO* RATING WAS AN OPTION HERE... ZSolo Bambini was recommended by a relative, as myself and my SIL were shopping for our daughter's communion dresses. The referral did come with a slight warning of the type of service and attitude, but was still recommended for the dresses. WELL... let me tell you, it was waaaay worse than expected. You can literally feel the negative energy as you walk in and are introduced to an unwelcoming attitude. AND the LOOKS to boot! For a store that sells children's apparel? What an awful experience for our daughters, who are just little girls, thrilled to pick their dress and look like a princess bride on their very special day. You would think that for a Mother/Daughter business, they would understand that trying on the dresses is the best part of the experience for these little girls.... FORGET IT! I don't know who was worse, the mother or the daughter, but WILL NOT go back or recommend at all. Do Not Bother. Go to ZERO 20 KIDS.... WAY BETTER experience, larger selection, and so welcoming and helpful.

Sadly, I rate this store a 1 star. I was willing to give them a chance and try a local business as opposed to always going to zero 20. They were busy when I went and nobody was available to help me choose a suit for my son. They hardly had anything for boys at the store to begin with. I am happy I returned to zero 20 and within 30 minutes my son had a beautiful Michael Kors suit on with a Hugo Boss shirt and all suit accessories needed. The store was busier than Solo Bambini but they had many professional staff members available to help and they gave the 1-1 attention my son deserved so he can choose a suit for his special day that he was happy with. They also have way more change rooms available than Solo Bambini. My bill came to 700.00 and I’d spend that again in a heartbeat at a store that has plenty of suits and staff members ready to help. My feedback for Solo Bambini is to post on their social media page what they actually have available so not to disappoint customers when they arrive and there is nothing left. My other feedback is that they should only run hours based on appointments. That way customers get the 1-1 help they need and this might even help improve their business in the long run. Lastly, the store is super small and they gear more toward communion dresses. Just a heads up for boy moms.
