E	Emily Morgan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two ladies who were working this mornings shift were very help, like unbelievably helpful I have not seen this type of customer service in a long-time combined with top-notch selling skills. Especially from a beauty accessory store. Very very educated, they knew the product well, and they were able to inform me on the best type to buy. Great communication and social skills, and provided a good " case" on why. This is what good customer service is about. I have to say I was very impressed.

She explained the products she recommended for my hair and what she notices what people buy. I even went in with a plan on what I wanted to get but when I explained what I wanted to focus on she gave me her suggestions. I’m so glad I went with hers huge difference in one wash ! I went on 10/13/21 around 3:30-4. I went back yesterday for some more product and Lexi was amazing thank you for your help and all your suggestions I appreciate it very much!! Those ladies deserve awards!

In comparison to BSW Beauty on Keele and Sheppard, this store is much better in terms of customer service. Even though they have security cameras and tags, they don't have people following you, and you don't feel like you're being watched like a hawk. From what everyone has mentioned, BSW Beauty on Keele and Sheppard has racist owners, and treats their customers really bad. This Clore actually lets their black workers manage the cash register, without hovering over them. The store is very clean and has a pretty good open concept. In terms of products, they have at least one of everything you might need from a beauty supply store. It may not be the brand you want, but they have it. The prices are almost expensive, which I'm guessing is because it's located in Vaughan. A small container of edge control is about $3.99. They do have a points system where you can earn from each purchase you make, but it's not the greatest. You have to spend more than $100 to even get at least $1 off. In terms of their return and exchange policy, you can only exchange items or get store credit. Which is not as helpful when you might have bought extra packs of hair. So always buy less and then go back and buy more.
