Re: grooming The last four appointments I’ve had with this store they cancelled on me last minute. I haven’t been for a while so I thought maybe it won’t happen again. I booked an appointment about six weeks in advance and of course, they just called to cancel AGAIN! What is with this salon? If you can’t keep appointments then don’t make them available!!!!!

Ordered online and admittedly did not pay attention to email advising to wait for pickup notice. Lady at the counter was courteous and patient enough to handle upon my arrival a few hours after my initial order. Thank you.

We completed a detailed profile and booked an appointment for grooming of our dog. We got to the appointment and after 5 minutes of interaction with the manager she told us that they don’t accept dogs at this age and our dog was too nervous after peeing on her hand . Our dog has been groomed by Pet Pleasers with no problems when he was 5 months old. The store assistant manager tried to cover up the unprofessionalism of the grooming manager but I still don’t get when she said they don’t take dogs at that age. I guess they are not professionals and don’t know how to deal with dogs. He also told me that’s their policy. I review their policy and they are to spend time trying to make the dog feel comfortable with the help of the owner. Nothing was done. We were told they couldn’t do it. Never again! We took him there for an earlier appointment since Pet Pleasers was booked. We just got back today after having him groomed at Dogcity who took him with pleasure and he followed them in and had no issues. My appointment was for 12pm. I was late 5 minutes but I made sure to call and let them know. When I got inside one of the ladies said to wait 5 minutes. I went outside waited the 5 minutes came back and still nothing. I had booked a hair appointment for myself at 12:15 so I needed to be out of there ASAP. I waited until 12:25 and still no one took me. This is beyond ridiculous as I had to cancel my hair appointment too and get charged a cancellation fee since now I was stuck with my dog. So my dog got no shower. I didn’t get to do my hair. I had to pay the cost of my hair since I cancelled right on the time of the appointment and all because they were late. I totally understand people are late sometimes but they could have at least told me. I have never had a bad expirebce with PetSmart but I usually went to the stockyards location. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO EITHER.

After a visit to this location for my puppy I have to review. I have never written a review in my life but could not pass up this opportunity. I dropped my puppy off for full service (everything). I received a phone call that she was ready so when I arrived I was just told that she was scared of the dryer (which I knew from previous visits and they should also have a note on file). I was handed my dog (who was looking scared like she saw a ghost!) and along with that I was handed the bill and advised to pay at the cashier (which 1 was open with at least 8 people in line but that’s for another day). Also paying FULL fee only to be told over the phone that they did not perform all the services in which I bought her for because she seemed “stressed”. So I wasn’t even offered a discount or anything. They just tried to hand her off with a quick bill because they probably didn’t want me to look over my dog. I put my puppy in the car, about 5min later I noticed blood on my seat, when I looked I saw this gash on her bottom lip (see photo) I immediately called back the PetSmart location, not sure who answered but she advised that no sharp tools were used during my puppies visit and she would investigate and give me a call back. When I received the call back I was advised that after speaking to other staff members that were there “that day” their conclusion was that they don’t know how this could have happened and nothing further would be done. I will never go back to this located….actually PetSmart in general! Absolutely ridiculous that I handed my puppy to them only to pick her up being injured and still it isn’t their fault. All I wanted was the truth, and on top of it I was nice about the situation from start to finish. The conclusion however is upsetting to say the least.

We got new bed for our dog! ? dogs are lovely animals and it’s always good to get them what they need. They give us there attention and love us unconditionally for whatever reason. We should do whatever we can for them so that they can feel happy and loved forever. I get my ?‘S everything he needs from pet smart all the time. We get his grooming, nails, shower and trim of his hair and body all the time from pet smart. This franchise is a blessing for dogs and no wonder they are doing good in this monopoly business. Pet smart has good techniques to take care for the dogs all the time. Whenever I go there I always find something very interesting for my dog. I got paw zone product which helps my dog protect his feet and it helps eliminate bacteria, virus, fungus and odour from the pets all the time. It’s unscented, hypoallergenic, you can use it after each walk, it’s lick-able and what not! So overall it’s a good product. You can use sunscreen wipes for your dog to protect the skin of the dog from harmful bacteria and other parasite. You can also use fresh breath for dental solutions for your dog ?. It’s dance whitening solution helps dog protect teeth abs guns. There is also tropiclean for your dogs odor- you can deodorize your pet with that spray to remove any kind of foul smell he/she has from their body. The one I got is lime and coconut which has very very good smell! It’s such a soothing smell that you and your dog will definitely fall in love with each other.
