I am always welcomed with a smile. The owner and her family are very and friendly and knowledgeable. They have been guiding me with my dog's nutritional needs, training, toys and treats since I first got him. I love shopping here and if I cant make it to shop in store they are a phone call away and are always ready to help with my order.

The staff helped us to find the right food and our dog no longer has any trouble. They have a very helpful and friendly staff and their products are first rate. I highly recommend them!

I like that they carry a variety of brands, some that are hard to find anywhere else! Staff is very knowledgeable and they recommended a dog food for my puppy that I am SO happy with!

But the connection between the owner and my dog is beyond words. She goes out of her way to make sure trades a treat for a wet kiss every time . I’d recommend giving Bone & Biscuit a look you’ll never need to look anywhere else.

Since I started coming here there has been no need or want to go anywhere else and here is why... the staff here is very knowledgeable and caring which really helps me considering that one of my dogs has a few medical issues that are very hard to manage so it definitely helps with the advice we get from the bone and biscuit staff. This place is always so lovely and such a pleasure to go too, Anuba is truly such a beautiful person inside and out she's always so attentive and empathetic towards me and my senior doggies and it means the world to me and I really appreciate that so much. Thank you bone & biscuit keep up the great work!

We placed an order few weeks back, they called us to tell us the order came in, but when we got there they told us “sorry, we sold your order to another customer”. They then re-ordered our original order and did not even apologize or offer any sort of discount. Such a shame….we will no longer be shopping at Bone & Biscuit. We have taken our business elsewhere. If you’re wondering who this is the name is under Erika and she has already spoken to you and was told nothing can be done.

They always order what I need ahead of time so it's in stock when I need it. Anubha the manager/owner is such a kind person who goes above and beyond to help.
