Had a horrible experience. Brought my dog for a full grooming and the lady did a poorly job leaving everything unequal and a big spot beside his back leg where it was shorter than the rest. Three of his nails were cut so short that it bleed. She was just in a rush and trying to finish her job fast. Staff needs to be more pet friendly. The feedback that I always get from other groomers is that my dog always stays nice and still, for her to make so many mistakes. Don't bring your pup here and save your money. My dog was traumatized

Horrible grooming experience for my 11 month old puppy. I wanted a simple clean up and trim before her first birthday, and prior to grooming, I specifically asked the groomer to keep my puppy’s fur long, to give her a puppy face, and to NOT shave her. I also had these instructions written down on a piece of paper I gave to the groomer. After grooming, my puppy was completely shaven and had many patchy red spots. Her nails were also not clipped, and her ears were not cleaned. My dog was completely traumatized and has been frequently crying and scratching ever since. I have been in tears all day. This was my dog a day before grooming, and after her grooming. I am so upset.

I went to the store at Weston and Rutherford this morning to buy my puppy some food. I always go to this location because it’s where I get my puppy groomed as well as buy his food as it’s close to home. So to start, this store doesn’t have an automatic door opener, so as you can imagine (for those with infants or babies in strollers), it’s already a little difficult to get into a store with having to hold the door open and push your stroller in at the same time. To my surprise, I opened the door and was met with a row of carts blocking my entrance into the store. The ladies (2 blondes - one of which I was now advised was the OWNER) were at the counter hearing me struggle, and not one came to assist. So I proceeded to push the carts back from the door all while pushing my infant in through the door that I am also holding all while saying “why can’t I get in?!” under frustrated breath at this point. Nobody came to aid me. I asked why they had the entrance blocked like that and they tried to justify it by saying that they are mopping. I proceeded to tell them that there are a million places they could put the carts and it shouldn’t be blocking an entrance. The OWNER went on to tell me next time to “ask for help” and told me “not to be nasty”. I’m appalled. I am nasty for stating the obvious that blocking an entrance is a hazard? Not one of them come to help me or apologize, but yet tell me to ask for help next time and called me nasty. Might I add, I wasn’t being rude, just telling them that they should not be blocking the entrance. To add, it’s minus 11 outside and I’m with my newborn, struggling in the door to come in to YOUR STORE and I’m nasty? No lady, I’m frustrated. A simple apology and coming to my aid would have sufficed. However, the blatant disregard for my feelings, and trying to justify their mistakes instead of righting them, made them lose a customer today. I refuse to give business to a store who’s OWNER is so nasty to their customers. If this is how the store OWNER treats their customers, I refuse to give them business any further. In response to the response from the owner: before I knew she was the owner, I reached out to customer service about my experience. They called me back same day and I was advised the owner was in the store when this happened (she was the lady at the counter)and that she would use this experience as a “learning experience” and that it should have been handled better. I was told the carts were blocking the door because they lost track of time and didn’t expect anyone in the store so early…. Ummmm what? So I was made to feel like a bag of s**t because they lost track of time? Wow. I’ve heard it all.

10/10 always a great time coming into this location. The staff is SOOO friendly, we often end up hanging out and chatting about animals far longer than necessary, but we always enjoy ourselves so much. Buying cat food has never been something i looked forward to so much. Also, i dont know her name, but there was a lady working here that left a few weeks back now. I was in and she assisted me on her last day, she was beyond helpful and so sweet.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! I brought my gorgeous American Eskimo here, and I paid 100$ to get her groomed... key word, groomed, not shaved. They ended up shaving her to the bone, and my brother thought they were giving us the wrong dog back . My poor pup was scarred, she didn't feel herself for months. its been more than a year and her fur still hasn't grown back. I posted a before and after. SAVE YOUR DOG, I DO NOT RECOMMEND

STAY AWAY! Took my 40 lb poodle puppy(11 months) for a full groom. He left the shop traumatized. The groomer completely shaved the puppy and yet charged me $50 for matting. The area around the mouth was not shaved properly and I had to do it myself later on. There are many cuts on the skin and in the ears. The shop confirmed that its a medium sized dog during appointment and yet charged me for a full sized dog. I was charged $200 in total. I couldn’t reschedule as that would have meant another 3 weeks of wait. Not going back to this place for grooming again! I must add that the shop is well stocked and people are very friendly. Its just the grooming experience that was horrible.
