T	Teresa TT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT bring your dog or cat to this PATHETIC establishment. I had an appointment to groom both of my dogs, the groomer was incredibly rude and condescending. Prior to even beginning our discussion, she told my dog (who was in her carrier) and barking, to "SHHHH." As we were discussing what I was looking for, which is extremely simple for other groomers to understand (I wanted my mini Pomeranian to be trimmed with scissors), she said she refused to cut her hair because, according to her, her hair was "extremely damaged." Please. I walked right out. I cannot imagine she would be kind or careful with your loved pet. Save yourself, and do not go there. You should educate yourself on customer service and how to treat a pet properly.

I've never seen so many happy wagging tails in one place. So Fetch was highly recommended and we were not disappointed. Giulia did such a great job and our puppy Meli never looked better. Highly recommended.

I have a high maintenance bernedoodle and they have been such pillars in helping with his socialization and appearance. I’m at ease everyday knowing he’s getting the best care while I’m at work. From the moment i met Dani and Giulia, they both explained to me the importance of maintaining a double coated dog and what to do/ what not to do with his this coat They have always been so patient with him and I know he can be a difficult guy at times, but after each groom he looks perfect. Everything about the groom is A+, from the feathering on his legs right to the trimming of fur in between his pads.
N	NM D.M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dani and her team are SO AMAZING!! I mixed up my appointment date and they accommodated what I thought I had booked, (VERY grateful there was space/time!!). Their whole aura/vibe/atmosphere is so calming, welcoming, and Louie was NOT hesitant considering it was his first pampering visit, EVER! You can tell So Fetch really cares about these animals and their family! We are so thankful we were referred to Dani and the So Fetch Team!! Louie left looking like a dapper little man❤
C	Chris Salerno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from sunny personalities and a feeling of genuine care from the moment you walk in, the service provided is and was exceptional. My dog Milo had been traumatized by a series of bad groomers and would shake and whine as soon as he entered any grooming premises, this would continue well after he got home for days. Today, o picked up an exceptionally well groomed and happy dog for the first time ever. That can only be attributed to the care and love that Giulia puts in to her practice. I would HIGHLY AND STRONGLY recommend SoFetch to any and all dog owners who care about their pet. Very reasonably priced, exceptional service and value for the money. Thank you so much for taking care of Milo and treating him with the same level of love that we do. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Both Giulia and Dani are fabulous groomers, and speaking as a groomer myself I can truthfully say that I recommend these girls to any person looking for a consistently great grooming experience for their dog or cat!
E	Eric Dao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had high expectations but was disappointed. The cut and groom looks good but there was poor communication from staff. We booked a full groom for 11:30am. When asked about the approximate groom time, the groomer told us 2h. We were ready to pick up the dog at 1:30 but was told we needed to wait 30-45 minutes. One hour later at 2:40, we called again and she told us it would take another 20 minutes. We had prior engagements so we asked if we could pick the dog up at 4. Groomer agreed but said we should have told her we had time constraints... We arrived later at 3:55 and was told to wait another 10 min- the dog wasn't ready yet. At 4:10, the dog was ready after 4h. Groomer said that the dog was scared of the dryer in her face so she had to air dry her face, then she said she was behind because one of her groomers had been in an accident so they were backed up. All those incidences were not her fault but we were not told about it and were kept waiting. She then told us again that we should have told her that we had prior engagements. We didn't think that was necessary since she told us grooming would take 2h. Overall, groomers are skilled but disappointed due to poor communication and long wait time.

They have done a fabulous job with my Dog Austin. He has anxiety and Giulia has done a great job working with him. Every grooming she has done is perfect. Both her and Dani have welcomed me and my dog with a huge smile every time I go. When Austin turned 1 year old they made Austin look so good for his birthday everyone loved the picture Giulia took of Austin. I would highly recommend So Fetch!!! Thank you ladies and see you soon..
