H	Han Bang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our son’s first birthday at Joyous Planet and it was a total hit! Not only did he have a great time, our guests and their kids (15 kids between 8mo-9yo) mentioned to us over and over how much they enjoyed the facility. Playground - best for infant and toddlers but like I mentioned, the 6-9yo guests still had a fun time constructing forts with the life sized legos - lots of different areas and activities for the children - more “interactive” toys rather than a large play structure with a slide like other indoor play gyms Party room (Curious island) - extremely spacious and clean - lots of seating and tables for guests and food - tvs available but unfortunately speakers didn’t work - not a huge deal, we brought a portable - coffee/tea/water provided by facility Staff - front desk associate (sorry I forgot to ask for name!) was extremely accommodating and helpful - manager had kindly offered to let us use a beautiful balloon arch that was left from the night before - had to upgrade our room size due to more guests and process was easy and the front desk also called to confirm If the above wasn’t enough to convince you to give this playground a shot, our experience was made even more positive by the honest staff who found and returned a cash gifts we dropped. Our group will be back!
A	Alex & Augusta Amariutei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for the first time today with my 3.5 yo and my almost 1 yo. It's a very nice amusement center, a little bit different than the other ones. - The staff is very friendly and the place is kept clean (they vacuumed/cleaned once during our visit); - It's spacious and not too busy. It's good for babies/young toddlers; - They have a few unique features that others places don't like the jumbo blocks (my son had a blast!) and the Lego wall (duplo blocks, not small Legos). They even have a bubble machine that makes bubbles once in a while, a very cute surprise (my baby enjoyed it). - They have a lot of baby toys and they are all functional (in some places they forget to replace the batteries so I appreciate it here) It's not like your usual gym but let's just say that it's a big and nice indoor playroom with all sorts of small structures and toys. The only upgrade I would suggest is the kitchen area and some other toys in that area. (Also, if your baby is crawling, give them flanel or simple cotton pants because they have one area with fake grass that can ruin/scratch certain fabrics.) Overall, a great place. We will definitely be coming back!

A	Amanda G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had lots of fun at Joyous Planet, fair prices, lots of toys and activities. This place is great for babies and toddler-age children, but my preschooler still had lots fun, especially with the giant Lego lining the walls. My only recommendation would be that perhaps the staff could assist with tidying up and that all electronic toys should be in working order, with batteries.
j	jonathan pimentel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start... Well it's BIG and very organized ( it was not when we left the girls tore it apart ) the man at the counter was amazingly nice and polite. Nice little parents sitting area. The giant foam Lego is amazing and the huge skylight with huge industrial raised ceiling makes it very airy. We will 100% be back maybe even for a bday.
B	BaBy A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the ambience. Very chill and relaxing for both kids and parents. It's not wild compare to the other indoor playground where they have giant slides and tubes. The space is open that I can just sit and watch my kid from there. Structures are made of soft materials so it's very safe for babies and toddlers. Older kids who is looking for more adventurous activities won't enjoy it though. It's more for toddlers. I like it to be honest. Will recommend.
M	Mel L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never leave reviews, but had to post feedback on our wonderful private birthday party at Joyous Planet. We researched quite a few indoor playgrounds for our daughter’s 3rd birthday but most seemed very transactional ( ie strict rules regarding play times, extra hourly charges to set-up decor, limited food options, etc). Joyous Planet was so flexible with accommodating to our party needs, allowing us to set-up the day before and hours before the event as the party room was not in use ( no extra fee!). We were able to bring in our own food and they gave the kids a bit of extra play time as we were cleaning up ( we were the last party of the day) Their staff is truly top notch and would regularly check up on us to see if we needed any help. Like many reviewers have mentioned, their play area is geared towards younger toddlers, which was ideal as our daughter often finds other traditional indoor playgrounds too overwhelming. There is plenty of space and toys for kids to roam around and explore. The open layout also makes it a lot easier for parents to keep an eye on their kids without having to follow them around. The children had such a wonderful time and were begging not to leave! Thank you again, Joyous Planet! I highly recommend their space and will definitely come back!!
C	Crystal Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been there twice for friends’ kid birthday party. Their staff are very nice and friendly. The whole playground is clean and new. And the party rooms are suitable for any size of the groups! We enjoy our time In Joyous and we will definitely come back.
