★ ★ ★ ★ ★ these people need education on customer service. They are the rudest people i have ever seen in a nail salon! prices are cheap but i would rather pay more and be have proper customer service. and they don't have much of a nail colour selection either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst nail salon ever. They don't care about what you want and they find ways to add money to your bill. They tried charging my friend 3 dollars extra for the colour she chose. Like??? They don't correct their mistakes when you point them out and they mutter in their language. Do not go there ever trust me. Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frankly, this has been one of my worst experiences at a nail salon. I'm pretty sure the lady doing my nails didn't have any experience. It took her 40 minutes just to prepare one of my feet for the pedicure...... after complaining to the manager they sent me another unexperienced lady to help. She was a bit better than the other one. I'm afraid now that I might've gotten a disease from their lack of experience; I'm not even sure if their utensils were properly sterilized. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. $50 lost, just like that, not even a discount for wasting my time. What a joke of a salon.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had my nails looking so beautiful, especially comparing nail salons up north in Richmond Hill/Aurora. Great job, quality work! Lots of colours to choose from, comfortable seating and space, professional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment with a specific nail technician through recommendation. Cleared up my schedule, closed up my business just to attend this nail appointment only to get there and find out she had to leave for an emergency. I understand emergencies happen but it’s common courtesy to call the customer and let them know so they don’t waste their time coming. If I wanted to be helped by anyone else I would’ve have went to the salon right next to me. Highly disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there twice, with two different technicians and I was very happy both times. Pedicure was excellent and I don't have the easiest one, Manicure was great as I did the regular one the first time and BioGel with tips the second time. Waxing service was great as well! Thank you!
