H	Honest Reviewer7 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our dog to Trims by Twins when our groomer was away on vacation for a couple months. I was recommended to come here by someone else (they don’t own a dog). The experience was okay…. It was pretty expensive for the highest grooming package they offer. It came to $113 with tax & tip. We have a small sized dog. Our groomer charges $60, for the same grooming services, which I include a $10 tip, so $70 in total. The grooming service took awhile. Probably because they have a bunch of other dogs in there as well? After a couple hours, when I went to pick up our dog, the staff member went to the back and on her way, another dog was barking and she yelled at it, to basically shutup. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I really wish I did more research before I trusted leaving my dog here for hours. Our groomer has never had more than one dog at a time for grooming services, this is to ensure your dog is safe, happy & comfortable! Like it should be! Okay beside this - the hair cut I requested, did not meet my expectations. I asked for my dogs moustache to stay longer so he looks more like a male, but they cut it sooo short it made him look like a girl lol. All in all I would personally not recommend bringing your dog here if you aren’t a regular customer. Sorry but if I felt uncomfortable, then I know my dog felt uncomfortable as well. I guess lesson learned!

Due to a previous bad experience at a groomer Theodore and I were both very anxious about going. Ashley did an amazing job at both grooming Theo and making it stress free for him. He came out prancing, showing off his new cut, he was so happy and content when we got home which assured me he had a great appointment! We look forward to our next visit with Ashley!
A	Adam BLCK. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my husky mix for a grooming and the first thing I noticed was how clean and bright the place was. I was greeted by friendly staff who took great care of Duke. When I picked him up he was wearing a tie and smelling like heaven! His nails were perfectly cut even though he hates when people touch his paws. Trims by twins is far superior to any other groomer I have ever taken my boy to. I am instantly a regular client and will not take my dog to any other groomer. Highly recommend anyone who has a dog looking for a groomer to go to trims by twins!

Over the last year I have brought Rocky my Australian Shepherd to Trims by Twins; throughout this time I have and continue to be amazed by the quality of service and amazing environment. Also the staff are terrific, very knowledgeable about the industry and extremely friendly. I strongly recommend seeking dog services from Trims by Twins.
T	T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy I tried out this salon! My dogs love coming here and love all the staff! They do an amazing job on their hair cuts they listen and do exactly what I want! My dogs always come out happy and smelling amazing to! Whatever products they use their coats small amazing for weeks after their grooms! All the staff are super friendly and you can tell how much they all love animals, they are all so gentle and kind to them! I highly recommend this salon!

We were very concern that he might not like them as he is only used to going to his groomer since the past five years since he was a puppy but now his groomer is not well. Sky was happy when we went to pick him up after his grooming. They had done a good job, exactly what we had asked them to do! The staff were professional and knowledgeable. We are so happy that we have found a good grooming place for our Sky. We will be using "Trims by Twins" for Sky going forward. Thanks to the Twins and Staff!!!

My dog has a short coat, and they always go above and beyond making sure that he is well trimmed in areas where his hair grows out a bit more. His nails are also perfectly cut and filed. The staff are very kind and friendly. I completely trust them to groom my dog well and treat him kindly. So happy they opened up!

I’ve booked Savannah the last few times and she’s done a great job every time and she listens to my notes about what kind of cut I want for him. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because it is a little pricey. I have to say though whatever shampoo/conditioner they use makes him smell AMAZING
