★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuinely impressed by the level of professionalism at this location. My main work laptop suffered a critical failure, after all my troubleshooting efforts I could not get restored. There was a bigger issue I was unsure of. I was originally sceptical of UBIF as the company is marketed as a phone repair business but a closer look at their website and they will repair almost anything. I called the store prior to arrival and the advisor on the phone, I believe was Dixsha, assured me that I’m more than welcome to drop my laptop off.
I arrived the same day and was assisted by Dixsha who promptly tested my laptop on the spot and logged as many initial notes for the technician as possible. (This was a great sign of strong communication in the workplace)
A few days later I received a call from the technician working on my laptop, Cameron, who was extremely friendly and got down to the point. He explained how it was confirmed that my SSD that held my system files has failed and will need to be replaced. Unfortunately I lost all my data in the repair process as the SSD that failed is completely unreadable on any device, this is what I was expecting of course so no surprises during repairs. However, Cameron did not take any action without first calling me to confirm approval, or to request more information on when the drive failed and what was running at the time (which I really appreciated) and broke down how much the cost will be before I even stopped by to pick up my laptop.
Overall fantastic service from this location, I know exactly where to go should any of my devices need servicing in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to replace the battery in my Samsung watch but was having issues removing one of the screws on the watch. I called many places and visited shops to see if they could help me out. They weren't able to. I finally visited uBreakiFix on weston and highway 7 and the gentleman at the counter was super friendly and listened to my dilemma. He took my watch and was able to remove that screw. I offered payment for his help which he refused and that left a great impression on me. I for sure will give this shop my future business. Thank you so much for your help!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today you break I fixed Colossus proved that you could go from a five star to a three-star. After going in with a cracked pixel 5 screen to get a quote I told them there's another uBreakiFix store giving me a better price. She went ahead and gave me the price and didn't even bother matching it started saying that all they probably use aftermarket parts. I told her it's a uBreakiFix shop no help at all and I just walked out.
They tried to help me they didn't charge me but I know this is a reliable company as I've used them in the past to change my broken screens
I have a pixel 3 that's a bit old and the speakers are starting to sound muffled they recommended I try giving a complimentary cleaning which they did clean it but problem was still there. Not many places offer free cleanups and troubleshooting UBREAKIFIX TRIED. only reason I did not fix it is because I'm getting a new phone within a month thanks again for your help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this store thru Google and tried because of the good reviews and it doesn’t disappoint!!!! My husband’s phone wasn’t charging since yesterday so he brought it to have it repaired. I was waiting in the car and in less than 5 minutes he returned and his phone was fixed. On top of that, he wasn’t even charged for the services and the two ladies even gave him a 10% coupon discount. Kudos!!!! Thanks uBreakiFix Woodbridge!!!! Will surely recommend to our family and friends?

My daughter dropped her IPAD and shattered the screen. We dealt with Cameron. He was extremely professional. We were provided with a price and since we had brought the item one hour before closing, the IPAD was ready the next day. I found the price reasonable, and the service excellent. Highly recommended.
