I appreciated them taking the time to hear my concerns, as I damaged my big toe due to an injury… the listened and acknowledged (where other places say ok np). Additionally a male came over to ensure the technician was aware and was to be gentle. Additionally offered a beverage promptly, which was truly needed with all the running around I had to do that day. My technician was amazing, and double checked satisfactory of the lengthy and continuous shaping. Love the staff and services… they also have a VIP (which I used on a different occasion when I had a group of ladies join). Options are great.

Granted, the first time I came for a manicure it seemed like the lady was new, because I ended up spending more than what I was quoted and it was a bad job. But after I expressed my unhappiness with my nails, they quickly corrected it. I also came for a Brazilian and the lady that helped me was quick, friendly and it was almost painless. I also love how chic and the whole ambiance of the store!

Everyone is professional and extremely friendly. Next time I will be making an evening appointment so I can enjoy a glass of wine while getting my nails done!!!
D	Dion Haynes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went and got a full set on Friday and two of my nails broke off Saturday morning and it looked like it was done weeks ago. I called and informed them of the issue, they offered to fix it. When I got there the nail technician that was fixing the nails sat there filed my nails until it was so thin it started burning. Durning this time she was calling her co-workers to show them how thin the nails were. She asked me who did my nails and I told her that Cindy did and it wasn’t done properly. I called the mangers attention to my nails and they insisted on continuing to file and add nails when they could clearly see how their coworker damaged my nails. I told them I wanted a refund and to remove the nails because it was burning and I don’t wish to proceed. After they removed the nails and I went for my refund a guy that was working there started blaming me for the nails that broke off Saturday. He stood their trying to argue that it was my fault even when their own coworker was showing them how thin the nails were. The picture down below is how she file my cuticles away until it was red and the last picture is how I left the salon. I got my $50 back but their customer service is horrible and they don’t know how to do nails. They need to take responsibility for their poor service instead off blaming their customers.

She was very polite and friendly throughout the process. I had such a nice day talking to her and rest of the team. Definitely booking her again for my next nail appointment!!! Thank you Molly :)

J	Janet Tong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam did a TERRIFIC job with the Lunar New Year nail art!! I came in with pictures, including some easier options if she wasn’t confident about doing my picks. She immediately knew what to do and handled the designs with ease. Sam also checked in with me regularly and offered suggestions on how to improve the designs. The final product is just so gorgeous and I can’t stop admiring them!! The salon is terrific overall - online booking is easy with follow up reminders, the salon is well ventilated, not noisy, and has a great colour selection. I got a pedicure as well and Emily was very friendly and gentle. The salon takes COVID precautions seriously and the technicians use tools from sterilized pouches. This was just my second visit and I felt as well cared for as their regulars. Thank you!!
