I just watched my nail technician scrub and disinfect the foot basin after I got my pedicure. Lucy pays attention to detail and if you come I'd recommend asking for her. Call ahead if you can. They get busy.
S	Simone Elizabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment here from and travelled Toronto on the first day it opened after the provincial Covid-19 lockdown and I’m happy I did. It was extremely clean, every employee had a mask and gloves on and there was plexiglass separating at all the pedicure and manicure stations. There was a lot of customers so it was a bit of a wait but for the number of people in there the wait time was reasonable and the staff did not rush services. I got exactly what I asked for definitely recommend.

They keep up with the newest trends, nail colours etc. Always a job well done my nails always come out exactly how I want them. No other place around compares to how good of a job they do. Everytime I get them done people always ask where I got my nails done. Been going here for over 4yrs now. I'm no longer in the area but will continue to get my nails done here. First, the salon is very clean and even during these difficult times of COVID-19, the salon is kept sanitized and clean with only the highest professionalism. I’ve had the pleasure of having all services done by all staff and I believe that every person does an outstanding job! Everyone in the salon is so kind, accommodating, and always makes my family and I feel so welcomed and happy when we leave. We really can’t wait until the next time we need to visit them, it’s a true treat and every technician is absolutely the best. A full set, shellac, and pedicure always lasts my mom and I at least a month, and their techniques of applying a full set will leave your nails strong and healthy. I frequently pick at my nails out of habit, and no matter how much I fiddle with my nails, the polish never comes off. Overall, I highly recommend this salon and I’m grateful that even after 10 years of service, it is still always a pleasure to pay a visit to everyone at Nice One Nails!

I came to get a pedicure done with my boyfriend and to feel relaxed. About 20 mins into the pedicure, I look down and feel a sharp pinch and see that the lady is PLUCKING out my ingrown toenail. Not only did she NOT tell me that she was plucking out my toenail but you have absolutely NO RIGHT to be pulling out an ingrown toenail at a NAIL SALON ! That is a DOCTORS job. A simple google search will tell you that. I started bleeding immediately and started feeling extremely uncomfortable from the pain I just endured. I begin to get angry but the lady just nervously laughs it off. I tell her to leave my other toe ALONE and to just trim it nicely as I have an ingrown on the other side as well and she completely ignores me and two seconds later she plucks the other one out as well! A few hours later I am now home and already showing signs of infection due to this salon. Disgusting. Not to mention, I have never had such a quick pedicure in my entire life, it was clear that the lady knew she messed up and was trying to speed up the process which made it even less enjoyable. I cannot believe I paid for this service and that you don’t see any wrongdoing in your actions
