I started with Lisa in January 2022, best decision I've ever made. I was feeling tired binge eating not motivated at all. Lisa is a Leader in all aspects of her job a true Life Coach ! She has taught me how to eat properly not diet . I don't feel like I'm just another client Lisa's passion for her work exceeded any expectation I had because I'm not only loosing weight I feel energetic and awesome about myself. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who is serious about changing their life around and I say serious because she can be a Drill Sargent and that what I love about her !!!!! Thank you Lisa for the awsome expierence!!!!!

Over the last 10+ years, I have been on several low-calorie diets from Bernstein, Jenny Craig to Keto just to gain all my weight and more soon after. All these diets have made me feel exhausted and continuously bloated. I had lost all hope and had convinced myself that this was my fate due to genetics and my age at 60. That was until I was introduced to Lisa from Phasique Fitness. I was very skeptical at first and was not sure if I was going to be successful this time, especially since I have never worked out in the past, let alone have a personal coach. Quite honestly, I had very little energy and low confidence in myself that I can actually do this. But I can now confidently say that Lisa has been a godsend. She is an extraordinary coach who takes a holistic approach and has helped me get my internal health and digestive system to a state that it functions optimally, enabling me to build my muscles and burn the excess fat. Lisa has taught me so much with respect to the foods I should eat and avoid, developed the right workout programs that focus on areas I wanted to address, and has enabled me to increase my endurance throughout the workout programs. I am so amazed on how much energy I now have and my ability to complete all the workouts that were customized for me. Truly amazing is that I no longer feel bloated, have been able to increase my metabolism and calorie intake from a low 800 to over 1600 while I continue to lose weight by building up my muscles. To date I have lost over 17 lbs but more importantly I am so happy how I am transforming my body to a leaner me, which is far better than just losing the weight! My priorities and goals have shifted – I no longer obsess with the number of calories I eat and the weight I see on the scale. My focus is now on living a healthier lifestyle with the right level of workouts as I continue to build muscles and I am so proud of what I have accomplished so far. This so far has been a great journey, that I could not have done without the support, guidance and patience of Lisa.

Prior to training with Lisa I was nervous to step into the gym and workout as I felt lost and confused. I never had energy or even the desire to exercise because I had no guidance. I didn’t know if what I was doing was right and I never did see the results I wanted. My goals were to improve my diet and gain muscle and to develop a routine and build healthier lifestyle habits. I approached Lisa as I found her on instagram and after months of seeing her progress with clients and getting to know her, I trusted her process. I knew I could not do it on my own any longer. Lisa helped me so much by creating a customized plan for me. I became more confident in the gym as she assessed my form and taught me how to perform certain exercises for my body and the shape I wanted. She created a structured workout plan and food plan that I followed and through this I learned a lot about food and what to eat to feel energized and support my goals. Lisa also took into account factors like stress and sleep and adjusted my plan based on my lifestyle. This not only helped in reaching my goals but becoming overall healthier and confident in my skin. I have so much energy now and I look forward to my workouts and keeping up with a routine. Lisa is not just someone that teaches you how to workout. She works with you to get to know you and truly understands what you need to succeed and pushes you to get there. I recommend Lisa to anyone that’s looking for a coach who will you hold accountable. She has become a mentor for me in my life

I have been working with Lisa for just over 6 months. As I approached my 60 birthday I wanted to lose weight and be at my best healthy self. I love dressing up and I wanted to stay fit enough to keep wearing heels for the next 20 years (I might stop at 80:) To do this I had to develop some new good habits and get rid of some old bad ones. With Lisa's patient guidance, I was able to do this. She is more than a physical trainer. She is a great overall health coach. She worked on my mind when it needed it, my nutrition, my digestive system and also my fitness training. She has kept me going towards my goals even when I wanted to give up. I highly recommend Lisa if you need a coach to reprogram your lifestyle to a more healthy, sustainable one. What I have learned with Lisa is something I can maintain forever.

I cannot recommend Lisa and Phasique fitness enough! I signed up with her in March 2021, having never worked with a personal trainer, because I felt stuck and like none of my efforts to lose weight were working. I tried different YouTube workouts, decreasing calories, and nothing seemed to be working. I felt tired all the time and very unlike myself. From our first consultation, I knew that Lisa understood what my frustrations were and what I needed guidance with. One of the big things was accountability, and she has been wonderful at keeping me on track. When I started, I weighed 167lbs and was stuck at that weight for over a year. I am 5'2" and this was my highest weight. Today, 8 months later, I am 142lbs and not only look better but feel better. Lisa has worked with me to structure my meals along the way so that I have more energy and am able to do the things I love. I am eating more than I was before and losing weight! I feel comfortable in my body for the first time in many many years and I know this is only the beginning. What is truly exceptional about Lisa is that she helps you see your potential and that she knows you are capable of so much more than you think. Lisa has also been wonderful at understanding where I am at along the journey and guiding me as my goals evolve. If you're looking for someone to listen and help you build a lifestyle that helps you reach and maintain your goals then I would definitely recommend reaching out to Lisa!

I found Lisa's holistic approach to wellness so stand-out and unique from other fitness professionals in that her training went far beyond work out sessions. Nutrition and mental wellness coaching played as important a role as physical training. During the pandemic, Lisa's sessions kept me inspired. I LOVE her amazing support and motivation!

I was recommend to Lisa by a friend and I’ve been working with Lisa since November 2021, doing virtual personal training twice a week and daily checkups/advice. She’s a wonderful trainer who is informative, passionate, and considerate to tailoring nutrition and workouts based on my lifestyle. I’ve learned so much in the 3 months I’ve worked with her. Lisa has helped better my sleep habits, provided great tips on meal prepping and what to eat to see the best results (without cutting nothing out, all within moderation), her exercises targeted my fitness goals being fun and challenging all at once – a great feeling overall. Without hesitation I’ll recommend Lisa to my friends and family for their fitness and health journey!
