★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love love love 9 rounds. I have been going for over a year and my body has transformed drastically.
The work outs are always different which makes it fun. I target different muscles every time but when I want to focus on a specific body part, the trainers alter the work outs.
9 rounds makes you feel like family. Amazing environment, great music, and effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We participated in a virtual 9Round class with our youth employment program, and it was amazing! Lui was our trainer and he was very motivating and made the class fun and enjoyable to all youth and staff. 10/10 recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the fact that there are no set class times, so I don't have to worry if I'm running late.I love the quick pace of the workouts and that it's non-stop movement for 30 minutes.I especially enjoy the trainer led drills and anytime I get to do pad work with a trainer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took classes here as a group activity and it was so much fun! The trainer was motivating, fun and energetic. It was a fun experience, a great workout and a great team building activity! Highly recommended as an exercise program and for group workouts.
