I made an appointment with my sister at 6:30pm for a shellac manicure and an acrylic fill and I didn’t get my nails done till 7:15, and my sister had to wait till AFTER 8PM. As we were waiting for our nails, I had a chance to look around and it was not very clean and smelled like hard boiled eggs. Finally, when they called me to come sit, I chose a colour and gave them a number but she brought out a colour that was very different from the colour I chose. I didn’t complain because I felt bad, they seemed busy and I didn’t want to make a big deal over a colour. Not only was the colour wrong, she rushed through my shellac manicure and it is probably the worst job I’ve ever seen. I really hate being that person that complains but my entire experience at this nail salon was horrendous. After I went to go pay, I explained how I thought my nails were done poorly, and I deserve a discount. The nail lady began yelling at me, telling me I was “young and rude” while I kept a calm demeanor through the entire interaction. It’s a bit funny that she started yelling at me, but over all I’m quite disappointed with my entire experience however they did take off my shellac for me and I didn’t pay.

I was told that the price would be 35-45$ beforehand, i ended up paying 75$ for a sloppy job.The acrylic did not cover neither sides of my nails, the acrylic was also not close to my cuticles, they look like i have had them on for at least a week when i got them done yesterday. The worker that was doing my nails was very unprofessional, constantly filling my cuticle and stabbing me when i had told her repeatedly that she was hurting me. They failed multiple times to glue the false tip on, they got more acrylic on my finger than on my nails, barely put any acrylic on the tip my my nails. they are flimsy and just horrible in every way. Crooked and different lengths. Will not be returning ever again. ?

M	Margot K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many nails salon before and this place is the Worst! I was in the area and googles the nails salon nearby and saw the 4.8 google reviews ratings. Since many of the nails salon I visited before seems to be standard services and acceptable level of cleanliness I didn’t suspect much. As soon as I walked in, the place looks really dirty and filthy…I was immediately feeling uneasy but since I was escorted to a seat already I feel bad walking away… The girl assigned to work on my nails is obviously inexperienced and doesn’t speak any English. She accidentally cut my toe nail and it was bleeding. Her and the other woman nearby ran through the store to look for solutions to stop the bleeding and it looks really unprofessional and messy…they did apologize which is okay but the way they go about “fixing” the problem while panicking does not give me any assurance… They also didn’t provide some steps that other salons would do. But overall I just can’t get over how dirty the place is and wanted to get out ASAP. I will not be returning for sure…

I don’t know what peoples standards are when it comes to cleanliness but this place was definitely not it for me. They didn’t even clean the pedicure seat in between customers. I sat and waited in the pedicure chair for 40 mins before someone came and started the pedicure. Since I was sitting for so long I had time to watch how they did things. Once I pointed out that they weren’t cleaning in between customers they weren’t too happy so they chose to take it out on my cuticles now I have a cut on 5 of my toes. They asked me to pick a colour so I did and when she started painting my toes she was using a completely different colour than what I had asked for. She got mad at me telling me it’s the colour I picked when it clearly wasn’t. The cherry on top of this whole experience was she charged my friend $75 for a REFILL AND NO DESIGN. Yes this was including tax but either way no one should be paying $65 plus tax for a plain and simple refill. This was honestly my first and last time going to this place and if you’re reading this save yourself the time and money and find another salon.
N	N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! It's clean and welcoming, with lots of free parking. The staff are talented, friendly and do an incredible job every time. They're amazing with designs and know all the hottest nail-trends. I highly recommend it for gorgeous nails!
