S	Sabrina Granato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my nails painted with regular polish. The girl put 4 coats and after sitting under the dryer for 20 mins my nails scuffed. Came back the next day and rather than taking off the polish for that nail she added another coat. Needless to say it chipped again. Aside from the chipping it looks like a child painted them, very messy. $15 and my time wasted.

I sometimes worry in other places if I don't tip directly and do it when I pay that it won't go to the tech but they tipped mine directly out of the till when I paid which was perfect since I forgot to bring cash with me. Overall would recommend this place and will be a repeat customer.
F	Fabiana Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled today from Toronto to get a manicure/pedicure after 5 months and the experience was very disappointing. As you can see in the pics, they cut me. I know it was not on purpose that she cut me but the girl didnt even say sorry and she was trying to clean the blood with towel paper instead of using cotton. She was rubbing the area as if that was going to make something. Besides of that, she didn't even clean the borders of my nails. Honestly this is how it looks when I do my own manicure at home. They are the "experts" and looks very bad. This was a waste of time and money.
m	martina mitchell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST MANICURE EVER. I walked in because I was randomly in the area needing a simple shape and manicure, with 4.5 rating I thought it would be decent. There were 2 other women there getting gels done. IMC “manicurist” was a bit younger than me with good nails so I thought okay she’ll do a good job. She cut my nails... okay... then filed them for 10 seconds... and when there was a mess up on the application bc it hit my hair - which I had to point out - she just tried to buff it out with top coat. SO LAZY. PLUS there are two nails that are bubbly. One of the nails didn’t have enough polish on it - you could see my nail mark through so I had to ask her to add another layer on that one. ALSO SO LAZY. Then after looking at them - they’re SO UNEVEN. When I told her how uneven they were her response was “you told me to cut it short”... my response “they still need to be even”. They didn’t even want to fix it and reshape the nail. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. it’s cheap but the work is CHEAPER.

Unfortunately I moved back home up north, about an hour and a half away and I definitely make the drive STILL 5 years later because I REFUSE to go anywhere else. I get the dip powder done and it’s absolutely amazing; the colour options are endless! I’ve recommended more friends and family here and we all come from about an hour away to get our nails done. Love you guys and hope to see you soon!

The girls doing my nails was younger than me; she is the youngest nail tech there looks like in her early 20's wears glasses and has short black hair. She did this; instead of USING A CUTICLE PUSHER TO PUSH BACK MY CUTICLE LIKE A NORMAL PERSON/ NAIL TECH/ ANY HUMAN WOULD she used THE DRILL TO DRILL OFF MY CUTICLE and drilled so close to my finger that she cut me. That is so unsafe to do and can literally cause infections. Sooooo unprofessional and ghetto . DO NOT GO HERE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE. 2 of my shellac nails starting peeling and coming off literally 2 days after I got them done. I could've just done it myself.

My last visit with the new management was a huge disappointment and I vowed never to go back. I went on line to find another nail salon in my area. I called numerous places and Express Nails was the most reasonable and had a decent rating. Express Nails is a small gem! I’ve gone here twice and absolutely love this place! Right as you come in, you're being greeted. On both occasions my nail technician (Lisa & Anna) was meticulous and made sure my nail shape was to my liking and doing exactly what I ask for…shape and design. My nails last forever without chipping or breaking! I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place. Definitely would recommend giving them a try. I was skeptical at first to go to a new salon; but once I came here, I won’t go anywhere else!
