My stuff for p/u that day had a slight error after hoping & praying that my 1st online Order wouldn't be messed up for my Catering gig; it was fixed quickly!! Overall been there yrs ago... Didn't disappoint ??

Very freindly staff. Went to get 24 helium balloons. They were ready in 15 minutes. Also has a great assortment of party supplies. Practically a one-stop place for any party organization. Prices are reasonable + they ocassionally offer Coupons and Promo codes. Halloween costumes, birthday parties, weddings, baby showers, baptism and bar mitzvas. Bonus is you can shop online which has more products and can have it either posted to your home or your nearest Party City store!

Terrible customer service. They dont pick up their phone so i had to go in to change my order only to find out that pick up at 10am is not possible. So why open at 10am if people cant shop at that time??? The manager didnt even bother to explain he just said no and left the counter. The worst customer service ever. I will never shop here or recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic. I bought a bouquet of balloons on March 04 and got amazing service. I was even able to bring my own weight. They were prompt and polite and efficient during Covid! Good job. I even got the letters to make the poster from their location. Highly recommend going. The balloons lasted over a week as well.

We had a HORRIBLE experience at this store a couple of days back (April 08, 2022 around 6 30). We were there to return an item, and while I browsed the store for something I had to purchase, my husband went ahead to do the return. The girl there tells him that the item was final sale and that she told him that when he purchased it. When my husband told her he hadn’t, and that me, his wife had purchased it a week earlier, the girl changed her statement and said yes ‘I told your wife’. By that time I had come at the counter, and told her I actually didn’t deal with her and she goes like well irrespective we cannot return. I told her that’s fine, though there should be some final sale stamp of sorts because nothing on the receipt says it was final sale, to which she says ‘well the holiday has passed and so it’s final sale’. Mind you this is an Eid Mubarak banner and we’re still 24 days away from the holiday at this point. Anyway, by now, the sales boy who I did deal with comes in and says that I am lying, that he did tell me it was final sale. When I tell him he didn’t, he gets aggressive and said that I did not deal with him. Then he accuses me of lying again, saying he did deal with me, and was at a different counter and so on. By this time, I was done with both these arrogant and mannerless people since it was clear that they just did not want to process the return, and I had my kids watching this horrendous episode, so it was best to walk away. The reason I have taken time to write this review is that this behaviour was clearly discrimination - we were returning a religious decoration - 1 of 4 things that we bought. We were classified in this category of Muslims I guess - because it didn’t matter if it was my husband or me or whoever bought it- they just built story after story to basically not want to do the return. That aside to call a customer a liar multiple times when you yourself have consistently changed your statements says more for them than anyone. Truly unfortunate to witness this behaviour living in Canada - a country that welcomes people of all faiths. Coming here, I see multiple bad reviews about the staff, so about time the owner took some action - instead of just saying ‘call on a number’ (the standard copied reply I see to most negative reviews here). Will make sure I and the people I know, never return to this particular store to avoid such awful treatment! Doesn’t even deserve a single star.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Terrible experience. Was told that picking up helium balloons 2 days in advance was not too early. I waited an hour for the balloons and of course the balloons deflated not even 12 hours later. I called the RUDE manager (took many tries for someone to answer) who made it seem like it was my fault for buying too early regardless of the advice I was given from staff. I usually don’t post reviews but after my experience I felt obligated to do so. If you’re reading this please consider taking your business elsewhere.

The place has a huge choice of stuff for the parties, huge selection. I got 15 helium balloons for my birthday at about 4-5pm, next morning they are half way down and same eve they are all on the floor...I didn't notice anything bad about the cashiers, they were pretty nice but I did feel more cold from them then warm. Sad about the balloons :(

Massive party store with huge variety of products for all party needs. The aisles are very well organized and color coordinated, which is a nice visual delight. It is very easy to locate what you may be looking for because of so wide, beautifully and nicely arranged products. Their website is not up-to-date, so it may be misleading if some products are showing in stock online but are not available at the store.
