★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is pathetic. The service is very poor. I went there 2 weeks in a row to look for the black 67 ink cartridge for my hp printer. The site showed they had it. When l get there nothing, the shelves are bare. No one offered to help. This is all over the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention management. I was in this store for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me with a laptop purchase and not one person approached me. They didn’t even have to do much besides get me the laptop off the shelf so I could buy it. The store was dead and a few staff members even made eye contact but never asked me if I needed help. When I tried to flag them down they would look the other way. How is this store operating without any working employees? Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been contacting Staples for 4 days and no one was able to help me. (My online order was extremely late and they had no estimated time- was suppose to be complete in 5-7 days.) I was told someone would call me back with a solution, and of course no one did.
I went to Staples Vaughan at 6pm to see if anyone can help me and guess what, someone did! JADE was amazing, she listened to my issue and without hesitation said “Don’t worry I could print these for you right now”…within 30 mins Jade was able to do what I asked- unlike anyone at staples copy & print center who have yet to fulfill my order in the past 11 days.
So once again- thank you soo much jade!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to say that this is one of the best Staples Stores I have ever visited. The staff are kind and courteous and very helpful. Mention must be made to a young lad Kishan, who went out of his way to assist me with computer accessories. I visited the store on December 30th and 31st. Great customer service! Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to print one single page in person don't go here. I stood in line with no one in front of me for 20 minutes and when someone (of 6 employees) decided to take care of me I was told they can't print a single page because they're backed up. This place needs a policy change. I'm sure for online it's fine. Of course custom online is rigid so it's lose lose that way too.
