Don’t buy anything from here. They do not care anything after they sell the product. You pay over $3500 for a sectional and starts pilling after 10 days of delivery. We don’t have a kid and it already looks like a 10 years old sectional. This is unacceptable. I called the guest care in the first month of the sofa and i am told that it’s not under warranty I have to use a fabric shaver and the pilling will stop. Nothing stopped and getting worse and worse everyday. This is the customer service they gave me. I called again and they said they cannot do anything. This is the worst customer service experience I have experienced. If you want to spend over $3500, know that you are spending your money for nothing and you are getting lots of headaches and pilling on the sectional. Service/Delivery Comments When they did the delivery, the delivery guys were not wearing mask during covid( December 2021) and they asked to use the washroom. I reported this situation to the company and they didn’t even give me a call. They only care about selling after that you are alone. Good luck

Delivery service was great, white glove delivery is worth the money. But Ashley took 5months to deliver the order and the order had missing parts so had to call guest care multiple times. Still my bed arrived with incorrect footboard .. so still waiting for parts after 5months

I originally thought this place offered good service but do not be fooled by their fake persona. I purchased a couch from here and the delivery drivers were unable to fit the item into our condo downstairs. They advised me to call customer service to get a refund and they took the item back to the store. I then called customer service to request the refund and they said I had to contact the store directly. I then called the store and requested the refund. It took a few days to get a hold of the manager Helen as she was never available to speak to. When I finally spoke to Helen on the phone she said I had two options: either reselect a new item or get a 90% refund (as they keep 10%) I was unhappy with that as I wanted my full refund but I told her that I would think about it and let her know. 3 days later I called to get my 90% refund. To my shock and surprise.. the lady on the phone informed me that I would not receive ANY refund on my item as it was a floor model. I advised her that the manager told me otherwise. I then went into the store and spoke to Helen the manager and she told me that she β€œnever said that” and that I am not telling the truth. Me and my boyfriend were in utter disbelief that this reputable company would try to fraud us like this. They did not want to help us at all and they went back on their word and called us liars. After days of arguing we finally got our money back but it was not without a fight and being shamed by their staff and the manager Helen. PLEASE do not ever shop here. Customer service 0/10

What an enjoyable experience. Andre was excellent to deal with! Listened to my needs, and was able to make suggestions. I could feel his disappointment when my first choice was out of stock and about a 5 month delivery time. He stayed with me and ended up helping me make a second choice that I think I’m even happier about! Thanks again Andre for you time today.

Thank you Lakshman Pathirana the Customer service we received was excellent, you were very pleasant and patient with us and for that reason we were able to make the right purchase. Please keep up the great job that you are doing. We will surely recommend this Ashley’s Homestore at Vaughan to all our family’s and friends and we will continue to shop at this location.

We ended up purchasing something we were interested in for a while. The moment you walk through the door, all the sales people hound you down. Walking through the store, casually browsing, you feel like you're being followed - and you are. I asked the store manager if I could be honoured the black Friday deal as we missed it by 2 weeks and he said "I don't know what the black Friday deal was, but I'm not gonna give it to you". I thought it was quite rude, he could have maybe said it in a different way. The sales rep who was eager for our sale was extremely talkative and did not listen to what we were asking. Even down to him writing up our invoice and adding on what he "thought was best" for us, pushing the credit card, installation at delivery and product warranty. He had to change the invoice 3 times after not listening to what we said we wanted. He even told the store manager we were signing up for the credit card, and we firmly said no we're not. After he didn't get his way with the extras on the bill, he seemed disappointed and showed a bit of attitude. I asked what the difference would be if I purchased the item online vs. in-store as the delivery times may differ, to which he responded "all of my hard work and my commission!". I can't say the experience in the store was great, but I'm looking forward to receiving my furniture.

Got a decent service at the purchase time. Unfortunately, for 1000$+ , I received a dining table with low quality of fabrication and quality check with mis-matched drill holes that make the assembly impossible. Contacted the guest-care the ETA for replacement is not known. There's a substantial shipping cost to return and restocking fee and we are stuck with something that doesn't even assemble together. I don't recommend the quality and the service.

Worst Customer Guest Care ever!!! They don’t care about the customer AT ALL. Don’t get deceived by the 5 star reviews, they didn’t deal with the customer care, otherwise they would give one star. We bought a coffee table 6 months and when it got delivered, the top was not aligned properly( it’s one of those with moving top). We called Customer Care and video called with a technician and he said the table should be replaced. We waited couple of weeks and another technician called us to say that Ashley don’t replace anything and the just fix the issue. We waited couple of weeks, technician came to fix the table but after examining the issue, he said the surface is curved and it needs to be replaced. OMG we have waited weeks for the same answer!!! Again we waited more weeks for the surface to arrive, the technician tried to change the surface but after two hours he couldn’t and said it cannot be fixed here and he need to take the table to the factory. And while he was putting back the old surface, he broke a leg of the table!!! You could imagine how frustrated we were at this point. Again after one week they took the table to fix it, and today after one week to no surprise the table came back with the top not being fixed and a corner of the table being badly damaged!! I mean after 6 months, hours of wasting time on phone with customer care, the $800 coffee table still has the problem it had the day one plus now it has a terrible dent at one corner. And the worst of all this is that no one, no one take responsibility for what they have done! Take your money and shop from a company that care about you and your time! Ashley is worse. I don’t know what else should happened for Ashley to replace item by new one instead of to try fixing it.
