One of the couches’ foot rest was not working after 4 years and I know it has already passed the 3-years warranty period but I still called them to see if they can help fixing it. Their staff made a trip to my place for diagnosis and arranged a replacement of the entire motor for free. They have also called a couple of times to keep me informed of their parts shipping and I’m very satisfied with their quick turnaround and services!

Pewter corner leg, almost chrome second one and a cheap plastic leg in between. Other plastic matching legs are all leaning sideways and not holding the couch weight.
