I purchased a chest, but they delivered a different piece, and have refused to take it back. After numerous calls, for 3 months now, they have not followed up with me and will not do anything to rectify their mistake. I will not be buying any furniture at this store ever again. I regret having to write this review, but I gave them numerous opportunities to do the right thing.

Emil, the sales consultant, handled the whole process with the utmost curtesy and professionalism. He was prompt to reply to my emails and calls. The fragile pieces came exactly as ordered within agreed time in pristine condition. I would recommend RD to anybody.

I was skeptical first about they do not have a physical store and the truth of the prices I got as they were unbelievable! But the steps were very rationale of paying through a trustable third company website a small deposit then you pay the rest via bank draft on delivery. Also the delivery and installation were great. Two pieces came damaged and they were replaced in two weeks at no extra fees. I bought the maintenance plan as it was at a great price comparing to any other furniture stores. In nutshell I strongly recommend this company to all my friends and I already referred couple of them.
