worse service. continually had to bring back the table we ordered. First the leaves had gap in between then the finish was different from the base and table top. Had to keep bringing it back about 7 times and this has been going on for about a year..Got fed up and refinished it ourselves..Never again...

I love jays quality furniture. I have purchased two custom beds , a bench, dining room chairs, and a hutch all with amazing craftsmanship and quality. I have received nothing but friendly and efficient service. I love them. Highly recommend!

It's unfortunate that my review is one star. The furniture they produce is great - amazing quality pieces! However, the customer service is absolutely atrocious. What they need is someone qualified to handle customer service, returning client calls, and more importantly calendar and appointment scheduling. I have now been waiting over a year for Jay to come and fix my bed as well as a dresser where 2 drawers do not close. I have made over 15 appointments with Jay to come and fix everything, and every time he does not show up, nor does he call to let me know that he cannot make it. So in turn, he has wasted many of my days waiting at home for him to come. It is disrespectful and unprofessional. Word of advice: Do not pay in full for your order until you are completely satisfied with the pieces they deliver. At least you'll have some leverage.

This company has amazing quality furniture, but as mentioned by other people here in the comments, they need a professional managing the sales and customer service. PROS - Measurements are perfect, attention to detail and 100% custom design (I would recommend having some sort of reference to give the customer details of options to chose from, rather than simply saying "We can do anything" - as a customer I like getting ideas and seeing options) - Custom and flexible in matching stain/colour - Solid and great quality!! - Delivery was great! Assembly included and very respectful employees. CONS - Very unorganized sales department - Our order took 3 months longer than anticipated - I made an appointment to go in and see it (all the way from Milton), when I got there, Jay was not there, and we had to make alternate arrangements for me to go back again - I chose handles for my piece at the time of purchase.... 2 days before delivery, I receive a call telling me that the handles were not available, and they chose handles I had never seen before. - Calling to receive information was always a challenge until we got a hold of Jay's personal cell phone. - I requested an outlet/USB be put on my piece (which I thought would be flat on the service) but I received a box outlet on top.

Amazing products and customer service. Jay sometimes is hard to reach , but the products are superior quality and design. It is Unmatched! I am so happy with the dining table and chairs my wife purchased from there. I dont know any other furniture stores like this!

Usually I don’t like to write especially bad reviews but I am really very much frustrated and disappointed that I can’t give 0 star in this review because the owner of this business Jay is not even scared of Almighty God. I am explaining my story as we become victim but others shouldn’t. Painful experience is as follows: 1. Actually we visited Hiddenbed Factory, which has a very good reviews on google that is a neighbour furniture place of Jay’s Quality Furniture . 3. They didn’t have furniture, which we were looking for so they suggested to visit their right next furniture place Jay’s Quality Furniture to get customized furniture. 4. It was our the biggest mistake that we didn’t check the reviews and directly went to Jay’s Quality Furniture on 17-Sep-2021. 5. Jay, the owner of Jay’s Quality Furniture told us very good things about his furniture’s quality and professionalism. 6. We trusted him blindly because we thought that we are in one of the safest and professional country of the world and I saw that customer service is the highest priority for any business in Canada. 7. We ordered him a single bed with a premium quality mattress, a sofa and a sofa bed. He assured us to deliver by 15-Oct-2021. 8. We transferred the half money as an advance on the same day. 9. We followed up with him to deliver the furniture on time and waited till 15-Oct-2021 as he assured but he didn’t deliver anything to us. 10. We tried to call him but he started avoiding us. We wasted our hours and visited him personally ‘N’ number of times but he always told that material of that colour is on the way. We even gave him free hand to get any available colour of that material. Every time he said a week or two weeks or any random day but never worked as per his words. 11. We renovated the floor so we garbaged the old furniture keeping trust on him. 12. He started insulting us on phone but we didn’t have choice because we already paid a considerable amount of money in advance. 13. After our so many requests, he sent us a single bed on 27-October-2021 but the middle legs of a so called quality furniture didn’t fit to our floor. His driver broke the middle legs and took it back and he assured me on phone to fix it later but unfortunately it is still not fixed. 14. He assured that the material would be received on 28th or 29th October so he would call us by Monday, 01-Nov-2021 evening that is almost one and half month after we paid him advance money. 15. We checked his reviews and many people wrote the same thing. It was our mistake that we didn’t see the reviews before paying him a huge amount in advance and we are regretting today too much now for that. 16. We waited till 01-Nov-2021 evening but couldn’t get any response as usual so we visited his showroom in the evening and he started shouting on us and told us that he would call us when he would have the material with him. 17. We humbly asked him to give any final date and he said he couldn’t give any date and abused and insulted us. 18. We were shocked and surprised and requested him to mind the language with the customers especially with a lady but he didn’t stop it and said he doesn’t care. 19. We told him to keep fear of Almighty God but he kept lying about his assurance. Lastly we told him to see customers reviews about his unprofessionalism that customers wrote genuinely but he said he doesn’t care about reviews. 20. We are still without furniture after one and half months in this festival days of Diwali. I am posting this review with keeping in mind that I lost my rest advance money and I am not gonna get anything back because what we can expect from a person, who doesn’t care about his own commitments, doesn’t care about customers, doesn’t care about reviews and even doesn’t care about Almighty God. Long story short, we loose our money but we hope that my this review will save other peoples’ money and time. Thanks for reading! Have a pleasant time ahead.?

Awesome quality furniture very strong very reliable very professional.i bought bedroom set from them they give me very nice deal which i really like.i suggest everyone just give them a chance to make your house beautiful with their furniture .

Horrible customer service. The afternoon manager “doesn’t know anything about orders placed” and quite literally will hang up the phone on you when he’s not intersted in the conversation anymore. Was politely asking “do you know when somebody will be able to call me…” before I could finish he said “I told you I left a note” and slammed the phone. You can get the auditory furniture 50 other places with out this kind of awful Service. I’ll never return
